To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朝早有D事係附近行下，突然好肚餓即刻搵下附近有無餐廳仲有 早餐賣差唔多成11點先去到, 以為趕得到好叻，點知原來依家大快活早餐時段去到11:30點都好，去到拿拿聲叫番一個早餐食阿活香嫩炒滑蛋 + 香辣酱肉湯上海幼麵 +牛油厚多士 + 熱飲 ($34)大快活最好既地方就係多士可以轉蘿蔔糕! 唔鍾意食包既我真心覺得唔錯!P.S: 佢新裝修完所有傢俱環境都好新又燈光又光猛!

晨早黎到粉嶺睇醫生，等極都未到我，我見差不多早餐時間完，走去食早餐，一來慳錢，二來無咁飽。好可惜，即使收銀處講有某產品，去到食物部未必提供。我要炒滑蛋，只有太陽蛋，剪得好窿，蛋白得返ddd咁多，幸好蛋黃仍然存在面包無得烘，於是我叫職員俾我外帶，留返睇醫生再食。雪菜肉絲米份量好少，少過下午茶份量，但價錢貴過下午茶

I took away the Curry Rice with Fried Pork during lunchtime. The service was acceptable as it was not super quick, but it promotes environmental friendly measure so they did not provide any disposable tableware. Luckily, I have my own tableware so it was not a problem to me. However, if they want to do better, they can further promote bringing your own utensil when ordering for take away. About the food, it was very nice. The fired pork was very crispy and smells nice. The curry was strong but not too spicy. Overall, it met my expectation and satisfied my wants.
