To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晨早黎到粉嶺睇醫生,等極都未到我,我見差不多早餐時間完,走去食早餐,一來慳錢,二來無咁飽。好可惜,即使收銀處講有某產品,去到食物部未必提供。我要炒滑蛋,只有太陽蛋,剪得好窿,蛋白得返ddd咁多,幸好蛋黃仍然存在面包無得烘,於是我叫職員俾我外帶,留返睇醫生再食。雪菜肉絲米份量好少,少過下午茶份量,但價錢貴過下午茶
