To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天早上,是繁忙的上班日,茶餐廳坐滿了人,所以獨個兒走到附近得大快活食個簡單早餐。點了辣肉酱上海面,厚多士荷包蛋和咖啡。想不到大快活的水准进步了,辣肉酱上海面非常好吃。

在麗晶商場的大快活餐廳,我品嚐了一頓美味的早餐。我點了火腿通粉、牛油厚多士配荷包蛋,以及熱齋啡,真是讓我口感大滿足。首先,讓我介紹一下火腿通粉。它充滿濃郁香氣。通粉Q彈有嚼勁,搭配著鮮嫩的火腿片,每一口都帶來無比的幸福感。接著,我又品嚐了牛油厚多士配荷包蛋。壓著發酵過的麵包片下去的蛋黃滑嫩,擠上一些濃郁的牛油增添了口味。每一口都吃出了麵包的鬆軟和蛋的滑嫩,讓我嚐到了美味的平衡。最後,我配上了一杯熱齋啡來享受早餐後的悠閒時光。這杯香濃的咖啡讓我頓時提神,每一口都散發出豆子的獨特風味。啜飲著熱齋啡,悠閒地品味著我剛才享受的美食,讓我倍感愉悅。

今天是星期四上班日子,到麗晶大快活早餐,在手機app點了餐(見圖1圖2),但去到竟然出了意外,我的票6208沒有顯示出來。經過出餐姐姐協助處理,幫我照樣叫了出餐,服務一流,值得寫低讚賞。吃了火腿通,荷包蛋,粉果和咖啡,食物ok好味道

早上我到了麗晶的大快活吃早餐 ,吃了我最喜歡的火腿通粉,再配搭煎雙蛋、多士和一杯個熱咖啡。通粉的軟硬度適中,多士亦夠脆口,咖啡夠晒熱,感覺非常滿足啊!是展開一天工作的好開始

今日來到麗晶大快活,食個精選早餐,精選早餐有五款,我選擇了火腿通粉,配兩隻荷包蛋和厚多士,飲品選了熱咖啡。大快活的通粉,餸不多,但通粉足夠飽肚;兩隻蛋配大大件多士也是飽肚的,於是食到飽飽去開工。
