To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在附近開夜班,趕在「不准堂食」令之前去打最後一個邊爐。港式快餐連鎖店,食品質素間間都差唔多,但水泉澳廣場呢間,人情味特別濃~我哋放飯一粒鐘,打邊爐好抆水,餐一送到,醒目姐姐就同步送爐過嚟,幫客人慳咗不少時間,此為貼心一。貼心二,我都唔知火酒膏就快用完,蕃茄湯仲滾吓滾吓,姐姐已經看出火酒膏快用完,率先替我哋換爐,唔使我哋陣間打到窒住窒住。再來,西斜太陽「燦」住客人,姐姐已經醒目地拎定搖控器出來落簾了。當然,新冠肺炎令市道變差,人流少咗,餐飲業梗係要殷勤啲啦,但其實未有「限聚今」、「不准堂食」令之前,這間大快活的肥經理已經好好人:同事早幾個月開始減吃澱粉,叫餐總是加句「走飯,多配菜」,肥經理都從善如流,真係畀多啲配菜我同事。最近天氣熱,我都無胃口食飯,加入「走飯」行列,肥經理一聽見我嗌「走飯」,都會主動畀多啲配菜我。客人未開口,餐廳已經知你想點,繼而滿足你,呢啲就係人情味囉───亦係街坊和屋邨食肆之間的默契,食客覺得自己被珍視,對餐廳產生loyalty,經常幫襯,其實都係win win雙贏的一種。

和媽媽行山,黎到水泉澳邨,順便係大快活食個早餐。我地兩個都叫左魚柳餐媽媽就將炒蛋轉左做煎蛋。魚柳好脆,好新鮮,我既炒蛋都唔錯,煎得剛剛好。魚柳,炒蛋同多士真係一個好正的組合,三樣野唔同質地,食完好滿足最緊要啲食物好熱一份早餐包埋野飲,食到好飽,呢個價錢其實都算係好抵!同埋,呢間屋邨大快活好新,唔多人,坐得好舒服(有好多梳化位),仲有山景睇。唔會好似市中心啲大快活又嘈又迫!係到食早餐既人感覺都好悠閒

吾熱 飯其本上是凍的 而且啲雞柳分量我諗得三四舊 雪到根本食吾出有雞味 冇口感 菠蘿 薯仔就大大舊 成碟都係食茄膏⋯ 下次一定吾會再嗌!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

話說不是常吃快餐,口痕食下今日又,平時食什扒飯,今日好有新意。。。索價4 50的一個咖哩豬扒飯豬扒比想像炸得厚身,又幾有咬口,完全唔會話un,唔多肥膩,肉質連鎖計已好好。飯有得加,不會另收費,算是地盤工人等勞力人士之恩物因爲要食多d飯先可以努力做ya呀嘛。咖哩汁今天有記得要了加辣,好耐無食咖哩,今日食寧舍滋味,汁醬唔會稀,夠味得黎,有點辛辣,但有唔嗆喉,兩大塊薯又不帶草腥,交足貨。凍奶茶加三定九蚊 唔記得碎冰,足茶味,嫌多冰,但味道已算不錯。
