To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過南昌薈,去咗大快活食下午茶,買咗超值下午茶,香煎雞扒芝士脆豬包,配熱奶茶$29,價錢就好抵食,雞扒好細件,秘製微辣生煎沙律醬,整個脆豬包味道都算合格,但熱奶茶唔夠熱,要扣分,這間大快活地方很大,坐得舒服。

今天是 假期 ,睡到上午九時左右 ,我便走了過去南昌邨 商場1樓的大快活 餐廳 食早餐 。我叫了一份中式早餐 ,有粥、肉碎炒米粉 ,另外配一杯熱鴛鴦 ,共34元 。粥好味道 ,不會太厚, 亦不會太薄 ;米粉就比碎。

每次到大快活用膳都會飲杯熱Horlick,其他分店都品嚐得到佢嘅濃郁芳香,唯獨是這間分店水吧工姐,太求其,有點色水有點味就算了,可以說比水好了點,各樣食物都可以,只欠這水吧一環,希望能夠改善一下。

今日食佢新出嘅越式火車頭粉餐。個湯底都幾清甜,有牛丸、肥牛、牛肉、牛根、牛柏葉,算系幾多料,另外有大量芫茜、洋蔥及芽菜,芫茜控一定喜歡,唯獨檬粉比較少。小食有雞翼、魚肉卷及香葉雞共三件,都系一d香口野,冇乜特別。加了$3有大大杯青檸梳打,可惜吾系幾夠味。個人覺得$65有點貴,久不久食下,都ok 嘅!

落街去大快活食,入座率都有六成,真心多左人出街食飯!現在,店員會取餐到你台面,其實好方便。但打邊爐質素開始差了,鼓油質感好奇怪....牛肉火鍋,排骨冬瓜湯底 $59 😋😋牛肉不太新鮮,應該一豬一牛,不過因為和弟弟都想食牛就作罷了,其他配料正正常常。咖哩吉列雞飯 $48 😋😋😋份量很多呢,見到雞和豬的差別,哇了一聲,圖一是雞,圖二是豚肉...你看,是多大的分別🤣🤭咖哩吉列豚肉飯 $48 😋😋😋雖然是這樣,但味道不差呢,咖哩汁是有日式的感覺,幾好味!
