To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日食佢新出嘅越式火車頭粉餐。個湯底都幾清甜,有牛丸、肥牛、牛肉、牛根、牛柏葉,算系幾多料,另外有大量芫茜、洋蔥及芽菜,芫茜控一定喜歡,唯獨檬粉比較少。小食有雞翼、魚肉卷及香葉雞共三件,都系一d香口野,冇乜特別。加了$3有大大杯青檸梳打,可惜吾系幾夠味。個人覺得$65有點貴,久不久食下,都ok 嘅!
