To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午茶唔知食咩好😫,所以去左大快活嗌左碟叉燒飯同碗仔翅,岩曬唔係好肚餓又口痕既人食!🤪🤪兩樣野都不過不失地好食,碗仔翅正正常常,叉燒飯既叉燒有d瘦!如果半肥瘦就好出!

夜晚係屋企附近唔知食咩就試下一年四季都有既晚市火鍋,晚市有💁🏻♀️送餐服務,點完餐比個號碼器你放係枱面,就有專人成個餐送到枱,唔洗自己拎。取餐處都有擺鼓油、湯底、碗筷攞。試左一個🍅蕃茄湯底同一個🥜沙嗲湯底,兩個湯底既味道都偏淡。套餐跟一碟肥牛🐂同一碗蔬菜🥙,包括生菜、金菇、粟米、南瓜、貢丸、腐竹、墨魚卷。餐飲揀左青檬梳打,味道唔錯。肥牛比較肥,生菜既份量比得幾多,食極都仲有既感覺,但菜葉面頭有d黑,自己搣咗黑色既部份先淥。佢所有蔬菜都冇預先幫你放入鍋,呢樣既幾好,可以慢慢淥,想食個時先落。烏冬唔係日本手打烏冬,唔彈牙。

兩點之後大快活有下午茶餐, 我而家食嘅呢個係34蚊嘅豉油蜜汁雞髀配米粉或者上海麵(sorry i already ate some, it was much bigger before haha), 我之前以為佢會將雞髀擺番啲面上面, 但其實佢係好貼心咁樣將雞髀同埋麵分開, 34蚊有咁嘅份量, 其實係拍得住一個輕量嘅午餐, 所以我覺得非常值得試!!

今日嘅午餐時間呢天氣凍凍哋所以我哋咗大快活食嘢喎,左揀右揀實在太多選擇啦,我平時都幾鍾情呢個焗豬扒飯,不過今日天氣凍凍地嘅時候竟然俾我發現到嘢叉燒糯米。實在太開心太有驚喜。我買咗嚟食啦個糯米都幾香,而且裏面有啲花生嗰啲呢好有咬口。不過呢個叉燒就偏瘦咗少少啦,我本身個人呢鍾意食啲半肥瘦嗰啲。所以呢,我嗰啲有少少肥肉係會好食啲。不過整體嚟講呢四十幾蚊呢個價錢呢有呢個質素都係相當之唔錯。冬天下午食一個糯米飯都幾暖身正。

屋企廚房個水槽壞咗漏水,煮唔到飯,所以落咗樓食大快活⋯⋯好彩menu水牌的選擇唔算少既,我叫咗沙薑雞飯(有湯送),媽媽叫咗咕嚕肉飯,夾埋$95。沙薑雞啲雞肉大部分都係偏「鞋」,呢層都係意料之內,好彩啲沙薑醬救到,用黎撈下白飯都唔錯。湯入面有瘦肉同蓮藕,又可以做埋餸料,呢一餐唔算好dry。咕嚕肉我無食,但有3塊綠椒切片都炒得幾香既。夜晚係侍應送餐,同埋會奉上暖水一杯,呢一點係OK既👍🏻
