To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛腩尚算大塊又多, 但唔太淋, 個三兩"粒"牛筋, 亦好水, 唔粘喉, 唔好味!
The sweetcorn sauce was too oily and there was too much oily emulsion mixed into it. The rest of the vegetables were dripping with oil as well.
一如其他連鎖快餐店，下午茶餐選擇多多，不過，穩陣一點還是點一類湯粉麵下午茶餐安全些。看中了一系列至「迷」茶餐（$16-23），當中揀上迷你滷燒牛展湯金邊粉，餐飲當然是配奶茶啦，因朋友所言亦是一心想來試試嘛。雖說是迷你，份量都可以，沒有想像中太少，滷牛展幾香幾腍，而金邊粉就中規中矩，湯底略嫌有點淡。奶茶，沒有如朋友般說得又香又滑，茶味確是幾香，但茶身又算不得叫作很滑啊！
