To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 廚房煮食姐姐冇正確戴口罩

7月8號星期三，早上大約8:30去大型連鎖快餐店食早餐，排隊等食物時見到廚房窗口有位姐姐轉身放蛋上隻碟上面，見她沒有正確戴上口罩。初時以為自己睇錯，拎完食物坐低，食完早餐大概20至25分鐘後再行去食物櫃檯看看，見到她依然沒有完全戴上口罩。我就通知櫃檯職員。知道而家天氣好熱，喺廚房工作的人好辛苦，但由於疫情關係，沒有辦法為保安全，一定要帶。而家連鎖食肆啲廚房職員都係咁，證明有好多細企的廚房，必定也是這樣。唔怪得知會有粥店事件。平時我覺得這間大快活真的好乾淨好整潔。但一個人冇戴口罩可以影響好多人，仲要她的位置係可以影響所有人。我也跟食環署聯絡過，職員會跟進。不論外賣抑或堂食，如果冇戴口罩處理食物一樣會賴嘢。
