To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蜜燒雞脾加細熱狗包大快活我一般都會下午茶到訪,最便宜一份只賣20多元就有最貴不過也是30多今天兩人來到,雞脾套餐有小熱狗包加雞脾雞脾係焗既,夠香口,帶蜜味,啖啖肉食得夠爽快小熱狗,尺寸大約只有一般的半份但麵包也有烤烘過,加上生菜片,小熱狗腸,大量沙律汁出奇地好食,濃郁既沙律醬加清新既生菜片另外一份,西多士加煎蛋餐肉麵大快活最差既做法就是麵,水不夠熱,麵只能焗至半熟,煎蛋可以,餐肉仍舊很薄片西多士算係比較好的,炸得黃金脆口,加少許蜜糖牛油就已經好好食

去以過唔同分店堂食焗豬扒飯,每次個飯都係用即棄鍚紙餐盒載住,要揭起塊紙蓋先見到盒飯靚唔靚,同外賣返公司食冇咩分別。以為身處舖頭食外賣成為常態喇,今日喺度食的焗豬,竟然有焗。兜。載。住。未食先開心,咁至係堂食吖嘛。雖然叫焗飯,但丁點燶的焗痕都冇,唔好諗多咗個飯有芝士。豬扒係最鍾意的有骨扒,腍身易砌,醃得入味,正常 size;炒飯底,飯粒軟硬適中,唔係乾爭爭,入面的炒蛋份量係歷來之冠;番茄汁走清新路線,夾埋豬扒食互補長短,如果加返兩三粒車厘茄喺面,成個飯會更出色。食埋由椰菜、豆角、紅蘿蔔、菰組成的蔬菜碗,堅飽。望住空空如也的焗兜,希望同你後會有期。

大快活是吃早餐的心水之選, 尤其是對早餐控來說, 一日之計在於早餐, 吃個醒晨早餐, 整天都精神飽滿.從眾多選擇中, 中選的是CP值高的早餐, 有炒滑蛋, 厚多士, 湯粉連飲品當中除厚多士外, 其他都可以自選, 炒蛋可轉2隻煎蛋或烚蛋, 牛油也可轉花生醬或煉奶, 湯粉可從餐牌中選一款, 今次我選了鮮茄腸片湯通粉.這份早餐, 足以填滿我的胃, 如果早餐不習慣吃很多, 可以選其他不連湯粉的早餐, 不過個人還是會繼續點這個大份量的早餐.

大快活快餐店相信係人都食過,近年無論係形象 食物 都提升咗不少。點解今日會打呢篇食評呢?原因好簡單 好食囉!今日想講下應該係新推出既火鍋餐,花膠雞湯底 可以配所豚肉或者係牛肉 咁我同友人一人嗌咗一個配料有菜,金茹,貢丸,芝士腸,腐皮魚肉同烏冬首先講下個湯底,雖然唔係感覺到係花膠雞湯底,不過有2件雞同少量花膠係到 食落仲係滑既,誠意分十足。其他配料都唔係差,正常水平既總結,如果快餐店黎講 吉吉家既火鍋係第一,我唸大快活應該有第二既
