To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去以過唔同分店堂食焗豬扒飯,每次個飯都係用即棄鍚紙餐盒載住,要揭起塊紙蓋先見到盒飯靚唔靚,同外賣返公司食冇咩分別。以為身處舖頭食外賣成為常態喇,今日喺度食的焗豬,竟然有焗。兜。載。住。未食先開心,咁至係堂食吖嘛。雖然叫焗飯,但丁點燶的焗痕都冇,唔好諗多咗個飯有芝士。豬扒係最鍾意的有骨扒,腍身易砌,醃得入味,正常 size;炒飯底,飯粒軟硬適中,唔係乾爭爭,入面的炒蛋份量係歷來之冠;番茄汁走清新路線,夾埋豬扒食互補長短,如果加返兩三粒車厘茄喺面,成個飯會更出色。食埋由椰菜、豆角、紅蘿蔔、菰組成的蔬菜碗,堅飽。望住空空如也的焗兜,希望同你後會有期。
