To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早晨叫早餐外賣帶返公司吃是我的習慣，今早在欣榮花園的大快活揀了個精選早餐，大快活的精選早餐選擇多，除了可揀火腿、雪菜肉絲、辣肉腸配米粉、通粉或上海麵外，還可選沙嘜牛，仲有煎雙蛋或炒滑蛋揀。我就揀了火腿湯米粉、火腿兩塊仲已煎香了，配炒滑蛋、多士飛邊、飲熱啡，豐富的早餐是一天的開始。

7:20 已經冇火煱，唯有叫其他嘢食！彊屍沙薑雞，臭肉藕餅拼茄子肉末！成舊水真係唔知食咩啲咩！伏到不行！老火湯完全冇味，唔好話冇味精，直頭只係滾水浸瓜，叫杯茶飲好過！以後唔會再食！

突然間無啦啦屎忽痕，想食鐵扒餐，又見到大快活又咁啱做推廣所以就走黎試吓，今次我就叫咗佢既雜扒餐再加一份肉醬意粉。鐵板餐一上嚟，食物暖暖地，鐵板係微熱，唔會咁易辣親。份量相較於五十幾蚊黎講，都算係唔錯，豬扒雞扒，唔會太乾唔會太硬，正！佢既芝士腸好足料，我一用刀切，啲芝士就爆曬出嚟！仲有埋薯餅同蘿宋湯，開心！唯一失望既係，肉醬意料醬汁，有少少水。不過整體唔錯！

嘩! 原來下午5點到6點去大快活打邊爐有特價! 五十幾蚊就有得食喇，仲包一杯凍綠茶，好抵呀! Miss O' 慢慢食，坐左超過1.5小時都冇比人趕走! 如果想慳錢但又想打邊爐，依度係個好嘅選擇!

大快活今日做一個加入了安佳芝士的焗豬扒飯只係43元不包茶少少牛油開水泡菜不喜歡過分清了說明用上意大利紅茄豬扒算大塊味道不錯也林快餐店的焗飯最可惜的是一早做好飯邊生「硬鋼」所以豬肉蕃茄漿甚至菠蘿都係好只是 個飯食多兩口就嫌棄是因為先焗定的飯失分唔香唔到位最終優勢就是便宜43元好多茶餐廳都唔肯做悲哀的香港！
