To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為佢醒目推出「食得夠GYM 」系列,去賺一眾愛健身/關注健康人士嘅錢呢個系列主打雞胸配高纖紅米飯,可配幾款蔬菜醬,但我呢間分店只有「南瓜淮山汁」。 (另亦可轉燒汁/黑椒汁,但我梗係試原裝正版 ),成碟嘢個賣相唔錯,幾靚仔✨ 雞胸真心大件,有我手掌咁大✋🏻仲要厚身🤏🏻 聲稱先煎後焗,肉質係軟嫩的,放心唔乾柴,紅米飯就爭d喇,口感一pat pat咁勁爛,仲劣過d cheap雞飯堂嘅質素😐 同埋醬汁份量太少,唔夠我撈成個飯,好多啖都要齋哽白飯🍚(據說可以要求多飯/少飯/多配菜/醬汁另上,可能都可以嗌多汁?)

此尖沙嘴機鉄站內的大快店的早餐,S1的火腿湯通粉加阿活香嫩炒滑蛋及S3肉燥香辣醬肉脆香黃金上海幼面,那最特別的是,滑蛋可夠香又嫩滑的呀!還有那,肉操醬香肉香辣醒胃的呀!只惜的是,此店沒有設立座位子給客人就坐的呀!

Went here for tea but unfortunately I didn't look at the menu close enough to see that it was fishcake and not fish burger.It was bascially a Japanese style fish cake which is sweet and rubbery so not my cup of tea.The bun was nice and crispy though.Other stuff that I had which are not really worth mentioning.
