To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百物騰貴,連出名抵食嘅連鎖快餐店一個下午茶雞髀加紅豆冰都要$45😱對於我呢啲星斗市民實在負擔唔起,於是退而求其次選擇了一個30頭嘅雞肉三文治+雞翼再配一杯熱奶茶。雞翼燒得好香而且非常鮮味值得一讚,三文治裏便嘅雞肉有啲鞋口,而且裏邊嘅醬汁太多令到成個三文治好Heavy,奶茶正常冇特別。

近日天氣寒冷了很多,心血來潮想吃些暖胃的煲仔飯,真想不到原來大快活也有提供,連外賣也能吃到熱辣辣的煲仔飯,因為我可原個瓦煲攞走,煲能保持食物溫度,回到家打開進食也是非常熱並且還有熱煙的,連外賣的紙盒也是特別硬身的,方便攜帶值得一讚。它們新出的焦香煲仔飯很吸引,臘腸雞煲仔飯大家平時吃得多,這次店舖提供的卻是臘腸沙薑雞髀煲仔飯,配搭極之吸引,臘腸採用了頗瘦的瘦腸,入口啖啖肉😋 如果加一條黑色潤腸就更佳啦。沙薑雞味道濃烈,雞髀完全入味,更少少鼓油便能品嘗了。
