To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早上已經好忙好忙，同左爹d去覆診，之後陪拒剪頭髮，再之後去大圍交收果籃，即番屋企沖涼出荃灣搵女朋友。成日忙到無時間食lunch, 所以食tea頂住。加上今日天氣熱到high high，一秒都吾想停留係出面。所以最緊要平，靚，正。係女朋友屋企樓下有間大快活，一次都未食過，下午茶3,4點都仲有好多位，吾洗等就有快。我嗌左個蜜糖雞脾加西多士加雪菜肉絲泡麵，個雞脾吾錯，幾好食，西多士一般，用煉奶，如果有糖漿應該好好好多，到個麵，好咸，配杯紅奶冰，都吾錯，價錢合理。

剛剛新開張食過呢個咖哩飯，個汁太重椰奶，重到以為一時失手跌左成樽椰奶落去。點知今日再買嚟食都係咁，個汁只有椰奶又濃又傑，完全無晒咖哩同辣嘅重點味道，圖中見到嘅油只係油，唔係辣椒油OMG! 攪咩？！呢個唔應該叫咖哩汁，根本就係椰汁加咖哩色，請改名叫「黃色椰奶雞飯」好過啦！我本人係好鐘意食咖啡飯，所以去好多餐廳有得揀我都必食咖哩。大快活大廚真係覺得咁樣好食？仲有舊薯仔係酸嘅，成個飯根本食唔到 😠實在太差！

Very greasy food

I visited this restaurant a couple of times and found their food to be overly greasy. The olive oil fish with cauliflower and broccoli dish, supposedly a healthy choice, was practically drowning in oil it was inedible. The broccoli was overcooked and wilted and was soaked in oil along with everything else. There was also no cauliflower visible. I hope they improve their food quality soon, because it is such a disappointment to finally have a grand opening of a well known food franchise in this n

終於開大快活了

自從海濱廣場關門大吉之後，唯一的獨市麥當勞也被迫離開，區內連鎖式餐廳只剩下大家樂了，雖然小店也有不少，但食來食去都是那數間就真的感覺有點悶，所以曾經有一段長時間，真的覺得無啖好食的痛苦！隨著海濱附近有新樓落成入伙，終於吸引到大商戶開始進駐呢區，而大快活開了大概一個月，已經幫䞋了好幾趟，食物也新鮮，但最重要是那裡的員工也很有禮貌的！希望未來，有更多新樓建成之後，能有更多食肆進駐荃灣西啦，我們有口福了！
