To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下晝mammy出咗去做嘢,為咗唔想佢返嚟又要忙到一頭煙,我拍哂心口話晚飯由我負責😅 本來我想去街市買餸㗎,點知做得夜咗,唯有搭車去「大快活」買兩盒外賣頂檔。之前都有幫襯開其他分店,小菜質素一向都無問題。點知今次撞哂板,無諗過簡簡單單嘅魚香茄子魚塊煲、京都肉排都可以咁古怪👉🏻👈🏻先講個「魚香茄子魚塊煲」,完全冇魚香嘅味道,感覺似一碟肉醬另加幾舊炸魚塊喺旁邊,幾樣配料就好似煮好哂再夾硬擺埋一齊咁,外貌同味道都非常古怪。至於個京都肉排,唔知點解師傅居然喺入邊加入茄子(同肉排嘅份量1:1),我都係第一次見。呢度小菜,我喺其他大快活分店都有買過,配搭完全唔係咁。究竟係真比錯我,定係改咗煮法呢?!

先講個「魚香茄子魚塊煲」,完全冇魚香嘅味道,感覺似一碟肉醬另加幾舊炸魚塊喺旁邊,幾樣配料就好似煮好哂再夾硬擺埋一齊咁,外貌同味道都非常古怪。

至於個京都肉排,唔知點解師傅居然喺入邊加入茄子(同肉排嘅份量1:1),我都係第一次見。呢度小菜,我喺其他大快活分店都有買過,配搭完全唔係咁。究竟係真比錯我,定係改咗煮法呢?!
