見佢價錢都好抵食,第一次試佢哋嘅煲仔飯!我今次試咗 臘味片蝦醬蝦乾豬頸肉煲仔飯 ,食煲仔飯最重要就係啲飯,最怕食到煲仔飯嘅飯爛晒一pat嘢…呢個啲飯用水適中好爽一粒粒架👍🏻講下啲食材先~臘肉同臘腸片鹹香適中,油份滲晒入米飯,成煲飯都香噴噴!用蝦醬醃製嘅豬頸肉肉質嫩滑份量都唔少;再配上鮮味嘅蝦乾,仲有埋焦香十足嘅飯焦,加埋九十年老字號冠珍醬園秘制陳皮豉油,好味到成煲俾我清晒😋下次要再試埋其他款式嘅煲仔飯先得!
