To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天寒地凍諗住夜晚打邊爐，點知去到街市連烏冬都賣斷貨，咁就索性乜都唔貴煮，去附近間大快活直接食晚飯算。去到嘅時候真係好鬼多人，最後嗰兩個空位都已經畀我坐咗，周圍都有人企喺度等位。我哋嗌咗個2人晚餐，包一個煲仔飯同一個小菜套餐，另外加咗羅宋湯同豬仔包。夾埋100蚊左右。花旗參湯唔夠雞味，淨係飲到少少花旗參嘅苦味。我個人鍾意飲羅宋湯多啲，裏面嘅菜嘅份量都十足。豬仔包就擺到硬曬，一啲溫度都冇，淨係覺得個皮有少少脆。小菜嗌咗椒鹽肉排飯，味道一般，微辣，分量中庭。配菜嘅薯仔粒好乾，畀咗好多炸蒜但係根本入唔到味。煲仔飯嗌咗臘腸排骨，但係等咗三十分鐘都未出餐，原來係佢哋出飛嗰度有問題，小菜嗰個食完，煲仔飯都未到，又餓又凍真係好辛苦。不過個煲仔飯好食嘅，好鍾意食佢啲飯焦，燶度啱啱好，臘腸香味又十足，出餐嗰陣仲冒緊煙，食到個人都暖番曬。
