To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天早上要去西營盤工作，於是來到位於皇后大道西和正街附近的這間大快活食早餐。由於沒有這處的點餐QR Code,所以就要即場叫餐。即場叫了精選早餐蕃茄腸仔通，煎蛋可以叫反蛋（app是沒有這選擇的），配多士和咖啡。食物都好味道。

今天早上到西營盤開工，地鐵搭至西營盤，正街有間大快活進食早餐。事先在港鐵用app點餐，選到堂食就换唔到地址，换到地址就是外賣app, 於是算了，直接買外賣，到取時拿個餐盤堂食就可以了。今天點了沙嗲牛肉通粉，是普通精選早餐加二元就改到沙嗲牛肉，炒蛋及多士是配套，加上熱咖啡一杯。外卖通粉盒比多了湯，多到要把牛肉頂起来才拍照得到，沙嗲味道濃香，牛肉滑嫩好味，通粉連湯進食，實在一流。炒蛋正常，多士是淋的也是日常……

我連續五個星期，逢週五都光顧這分店，頭三個星期惠顧冬瓜鴨腿湯飯及咖哩雞飯，I雞肉係鞋啲，鴨腿就燉耐咗雖係鞋，但還好都不過不失。上星期又柯打了咖哩雞， 冇一件係完整一整舊， 煲湯渣咁散曬，骨肉分離， 啲汁仲勁鹹，肯定係賣淨蔗，我接近一點惠顧，就算煮了很久，都應該不致如此，感覺是隔夜賣淨的！當時免強食了便算數……今天下午一時再度惠顧，柯打要焗豬扒飯，在取餐時已留意到比較乾，坐低後用匙羹番開，茄汁已經 擎了，豬扒焗乾到深棕色圍邊！最後忍無可忍攞返去前台，要求更換或加汁，揸咪頭位櫃檯服務員， 態度囂張並說：焗飯係咁樣㗎！妳食第二樣嘢啦！不但冇歉意，而且更態度惡劣！貴公司多加留意改善！我家附近的分店服務員友善，並不時同顧客講多謝惠顧！
