To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天早上到西營盤開工,地鐵搭至西營盤,正街有間大快活進食早餐。事先在港鐵用app點餐,選到堂食就换唔到地址,换到地址就是外賣app, 於是算了,直接買外賣,到取時拿個餐盤堂食就可以了。今天點了沙嗲牛肉通粉,是普通精選早餐加二元就改到沙嗲牛肉,炒蛋及多士是配套,加上熱咖啡一杯。外卖通粉盒比多了湯,多到要把牛肉頂起来才拍照得到,沙嗲味道濃香,牛肉滑嫩好味,通粉連湯進食,實在一流。炒蛋正常,多士是淋的也是日常……
