幫襯了發記已經有七八年以上,每一次都冇問題,前兩日去咗買19隻, 11隻公,8隻乸,八隻乸全部變壞,朋友問過九龍城肥仔號,另外個朋友就問咗尖沙咀嗰間老店,大家都講話係變壞左,係有寄生蟲,影咗啲相今日落去舖頭同個唔肯定係老細定係高級職員講,我已經拉埋佢一二邊細細聲同佢講,佢就好大反應話一定係你未蒸熟,所以仲係黑色,我話我19隻分咗四次蒸,公乸都會一齊蒸,11隻公完全冇事,全部拿都有呢個問題出現,佢就話可能公容易熟啲,乸就要蒸耐啲,有好多原因個喎,佢仲現場拆咗一隻俾我睇,話你睇吓都冇事,總之就唔關佢啲蟹事,冇諗過老字號都會咁樣,大家要小心。

今年食咗兩次大閘蟹放題都唔係好滿意. 問咗朋友介紹呢間買蟹既鋪頭. 同幾個同事夾買咗佢既蟹卷. 我地買既係4.5両既卷. 原價一隻係$90. 而家買卷就$73.5 自己比錢買既真係比放題既大隻. 而且要讚下呢間既蟹膏係我今年食最甘香, 重隻隻爆膏 (但都有其他同事話佢地攞既唔多膏). 可惜買既時候已經係水尾, 無得再食多幾次. 下年一定會早D嚟買. 食多幾次.

食大閘蟹千祈唔好配啤酒,果汁嘅凍飲品,對腸胃唔係咁好。如果真係要飲酒的話最好係襯黃酒,或者係米酒之樣。所以最後選擇飲sake 配襯下。

公真係好食過乸好多㗎⋯⋯胃食小熊系鍾意食「公」㗎
。不過乸都好好食㗎。
