第一次光顧這間餐廳,十分失望。外籍侍應完全不懂招呼, 進食期間經常打擾, 例如未食完主菜, 本人已經講明需要繼續使用醬料,外籍侍應依然把醬料收走。之後本人仍然進食主菜, 刀叉並沒有放上碟上, 另一名外籍侍應依然想把主菜收走。當晚餐廳只有少於三成入座率, 依然繼續使用這些趕客手段,非常失望! 香港飲食業如果繼續這樣發展 ,前景堪輿光顧食物:fish & chips 魚肉非常新鮮, 麵粉皮不太厚, 係水準以上之作, 無奈服務水平十分低! continue reading

喺銅鑼灣諗住搵間靚啲嘅餐廳,最後決定嚟試一試呢間,最主要係為咗個牛骨髓而嚟,平時出面餐廳好少有牛骨髓🫡🔖黑松露意大利飯黑松露味道唔夠濃,總體嚟講飯冇乜味道,表現普通,同埋飯粒都唔係意大利飯嘅口感,唔推介🔖烤牛骨髓反而呢道烤骨髓就比較特別啲,等咗都有半個鐘到,係即叫即整,成條咁上,食第一啖係好香油脂味,甚至食到魚油嘅味道,食得太多就一定會滯,隔離有啲加咗醋嘅沙律,可以中和返呢種滯嘅感覺。另外亦有蒜蓉多士,old薄脆好似餅乾咁樣嘅口感環境嚟講係幾靚,位置闊落坐得舒服 continue reading

前陣子睇電視介紹扒房,於是上OpenRice搵吓邊度食牛扒好,然後發現咗呢度。入坐後當然係去肉櫃揀扒,個肉櫃唔算大不過可能因為啲扒全部都真空包裝咗,所以全部都係放一件喺度同埋放得好密好多選擇,所以認真睇就要花啲時間,不過我未嚟之前已經打算食T骨扒,所以好快就揀咗件澳洲草飼T骨扒,返到埋位店員嚟確認訂單同時我就點咗炸魚薯條同炸大啡蘑菇,之後坐咗一陣炸魚薯條同蘑菇上桌,先食薯條,完全唔係正宗軟淋淋果種,薯條外層非常脆口內層就非常鬆化,炸魚皮脆但係魚肉唔係平時鬆軟果種,有啲密度同好好咬好有魚味,連碟邊平平無奇既青豆都好好味,成碟炸魚薯條都好高質素。炸啡菇既脆皮由開餐到結尾都係脆既,菇味濃厚,極品。食完炸魚到牛扒上場,塊扒接近有2吋厚,肉眼果邊鬆化,西冷果邊好咬口油花香濃,成塊扒好有牛味同淡淡炭烤香味,無論就咁食,點芥末或茄汁食都係極品。餐飯食完我同老婆都好滿意,老婆重話下次嚟試其他野。 continue reading

呢間喺灣仔嘅餐廳位置喺修頓球場附近,如果地鐵站過去嘅話大概喺C出口,行3分鐘嘅話會到達,餐廳分兩個部份,左邊係可以俾你外賣,直接購買肉類,或者其他餐廳嘅物品,右邊係餐廳可以堂食,客人可以出去睇吓有啲咩心儀嘅肉類,先再叫我哋就叫咗rib eye, 覺得肉味都幾濃,而且咬落去都冇根,喺控制生熟方面都做得幾好,切開嘅時候都係粉紅色,非常靚仔,另外叫咗一份德國腸,反而就覺得冇乜特別,餐廳整體嘅價錢都唔平,不過環境同埋味道都可以,大家可以衡量一下 continue reading
