Drove by around Tai Hang area and thinking to grab a coffee. Unfortunately we had a very huge disappointment with the filter brewed coffee which from a thermos and maybe it’s been brewed for hours.. tasted burnt and bitter and we couldn’t be able to finish it! Better find another place for coffee in tai hang area..

I paid my latte and seat at the coffee bar, the 2 staffs just didnt realize my presence! Until 30 mins later, I realize more customers coming and they still didnt notice they owe my cup! Simply they have no intention to say sorry or apologize for they bad attendance 

Very disappointed service! as both the guy and lady stood back at the service counter after I paid my latte! Only 5 customers in the cafe at that time!  BUT they didnt notice owe my cup  and I wait for 30 minutes !and have no intention to say sorry 

今日約了大坑街坊在這裡吃早餐，嗌了杯凍oatmilk latte + Avo Toast：呢個avo toast真係不得了，啲basil、牛油果、牛油同多士簡直是絕配，再加埋煙三文魚在旁邊，完美味道，十分滿意😋

The friendly baristas who always greet you with warm smiles are gone. Together with the taste of coffee are the reasons I go back so many times. It’s a disappointment that they are no longer there and I would need to find a replacement in Tai Hang area

A good day starts with the good coffee @Fineprint#接家姐放工 & 探店工業風Cafe ✨Ricotta Toast第一次食，原來Honey、Blueberry & Ricotta 嘅搭配可以好match。 特別係凍凍哋嘅 Ricotta 令Honey食落無咁甜。 ✨Smoked Salmon Avo Toast煙三文魚 & 牛油果🥑都係家姐嘅最愛之一，所以呢個Choice係家姐嘅不二之選。 家姐形容好好味，特別係又脆又有小小鹹鹹哋嘅果仁帶出最佳點綴。 ✨Flat White 酸酸哋，貼地嘅價錢 & No service charge 令我愛上Fineprint。 ✨Mocha 預咗有苦有甜，不過最適合 Night Shift 嘅人。 Sourdough 外脆內軟，分量十足。 總體都高於期待。

說到coffee shop不得不來這家😌他們有好幾家分店，menu裡toast的款式也很多，而最注目的。//✨Ricotta toast兩大片厚Sourdough的份量很多! 胃較小的朋友記住要找人share喔😂toast上是份量超慷慨的ricotta cheese和藍莓🫐還淋上了蜜糖～吃下去是熟悉又新鮮的味道! 很像blueberry cheesecake呢😛但配上sourdough吃是完全沒有違和感，是好吃的甜toast😋

Hands down the best avocado toast in town at my fav brunch spot! A bit of lemon juice to freshen it up. 𓏳 𝐹𝒾𝓃𝑒𝓅𝓇𝒾𝓃𝓉 𓏳𓋯平日的大坑 cafe 也不見人少阿尤其是裡面的珈啡店戰圈 😂不過這次的目標是大坑馬路旁的 Fineprint .___.𓋪 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘵𓎺 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦這是一個等待吃好友下班吃晚飯中間的 me time所以就簡單吃一個牛角包配一杯拿鐵就好價錢超級佛心 加起來好像是 HKD50 ！咖啡也不是亂沖 很高質素喔環境影響心情 連已經變冷的牛角包也覺得好吃而且好大一個喔 只是缺了一點牛油香就完美了喔對了 在外面吃牛角包掉碎碎可能會有麻雀一起拼桌喔 XD裡面的客人大多都帶著電腦做事繞了三次才等到了外面的位置😆要好位置有時候還是要付出的 ( •̀ ω •́ )✧途中有不少的狗狗帶著主人進去 (嗯 ???看來連汪星人都是熟客阿性價比真的好高喔下次要安可吐司類的！

那個焗熱的午後 我們在ғɪɴᴇᴘʀɪɴᴛ內 享受涼風🌬嘆著咖啡〰️等待黃昏𝟼時的來臨·▪️ᴍᴏᴄʜᴀ 咖啡帶酸，口感香滑；咖啡面上灑上朱古力碎粉，彌補了渴望朱古力味的我。 .▪️ɪᴄᴇᴅ ʟᴀᴛᴛᴇ 咖啡不酸不苦，啡香稍稍蓋過奶香，不錯！

大坑出名好多小店, cafe, coffee shop有啲似台灣啲小區咁 好慢活假日真係好多人周圍打卡基本上間間coffee shop都坐滿人仲有好多人會帶埋狗狗一齊黎🥰呢間fineprint稍為靜啲又坐得舒服所以我揀佐呢間飲杯咖啡食下野佢係行水泥型格啲既路線，以黑灰色為主以對咖啡冇特別研究既我覺得幾好飲🤪 我就揀佐杯鴛鴦如果係個頭附近想坐下飲杯咖啡食個toast又唔想有好多人影相霸位逼揀呢間shop就岩啦☺️👍🏻

連假的時候去這家cafe吃了個美味的早午餐🥰🥰🥰 環境很chill座位也很舒服❤️❤️❤️ 西環一帶真的有超多超好吃的cafe😍😍▫️Smoked Salmon Avo Toast ($105) ▫️Ricotta Toast ($85) ▫️Lovebird ($45)▫️Mocha ($45) 每次我去cafe都一定點smoked salmon + avocado的任何東西🤣🤣🤣 這家的toast跟別家不一樣的是有超多nuts在上面😍😍😍 增加口感好讚！ricotta toast也好好吃❤️❤️lovebird是chai latte 跟 espresso的鴛鴦🤪🤪 幾驚喜幾特別的～🥳🥳🥳
