📍HONG KONG 📍#FinePrint朋友係Cafe嘅愛好者，佢話呢間嘅係佢心中前3🤣講到咁無得唔試啦🩷- Ricotta Toast 友人嘅Must🩷 sourdough 配上香滑嘅ricotta cheese🧀甜嘅蜜糖加上少少酸嘅藍莓 🫐成件事完全唔heavy，ricotta 又好香奶味同蜜糖好夾🍯 重要分量足令我每一啖都咬到有滿滿嘅ricotta 👍🏻勁滿足🤤不過sourdough 有少少硬，切唔到要成件攞起咁𡁻🤣- Half & Half顧名思義係 一半avocado toast 🥑一半tomato feta salad toast 🥪牛油果就會淡口少少，上面有少少鹽同胡椒調味🧂 牛油果好軟滑新鮮蕃茄嗰邊就會突出d，feta鹹香，甜甜地又juicy 嘅蕃茄再加埋basil😏好邪惡講真，下次一定encore Ricotta Toast!淨係打都好想食😜______________________________#Ricotta Toast 💰 HKD:95#Half & Half💰 HKD:95

友人話呢間嘅Toast好好味😋所以星期六晏晝我哋去咗至愛嘅大坑，呢度就好似市區嘅一片淨土，好慢活～-12點幾去到嘅時候咁啱full咗，而走個台咁啱係門口個打卡位🩵但因為之後都有人等緊，所以我哋都冇坐好耐😂落order&俾錢要出去counter，冇加一，送餐就會由員工送上，整體服務都算ok～=====================🥖𝑅𝑖𝑐𝑜𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝑇𝑜𝑎𝑠𝑡 $85Ricotta係cheese嘅一種，質感軟滑，帶有少少奶香，就算成pat食都唔覺油膩，上面淋有蜜糖令整體更加香甜！再加上藍莓酸酸甜甜咁，超好味呀🤤唯一缺點係個包真係好硬，切都切唔開🥴🥖𝑈𝑙𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑜 𝐸𝑔𝑔𝑠 𝑇𝑜𝑎𝑠𝑡 $65呢個味道相對簡單啲，炒蛋好滑，不過上面啲蔥粒就唔太夾🤭生蔥味道好濃烈，搶晒炒蛋嘅味，成件事變到好中式，呢個就唔推薦🙅🏻‍♀️☕️𝐿𝑂𝑉𝐸𝐵𝐼𝑅𝐷 鴛鴦 $40第一次見到cafe有鴛鴦飲🤔一入口已經試到濃濃嘅柴茶味，幾特別，咖啡唔苦，唔飲咖啡嘅都接受到～不過柴茶嘅強烈味道就唔係個個接受到😂-☕️𝐿𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑜𝑎𝑡 𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑘 $40正常發揮～味道冇乜記憶點🤨呢度最平$25就飲到杯咖啡，算幾抵飲！====

每次假日都好鍾意黎到大坑呢間Cafe 裝修以水泥風為主 座位唔多有兩張大檯唔算係坐得好舒服 但係食物同埋咖啡質素都非常不錯 特別鍾意佢招牌既Blueberry Ricotta Toast Sourdough 麵包既口感唔會太硬 Ricotta Cheese加上蜜糖嘅口味鹹中帶甜 藍莓食落都好新鮮 咖啡比起一般嘅Cafe價錢更平 啡同奶既比例岩岩好 缺點係排隊都要等一段時間而且唔係派飛要企喺店裡面等 但係整體覺得比同區其他Cafe質素更高

係社交平台見到fineprint出咗個新toast 我即刻約個朋友過嚟試一試我哋去落單叫咗兩份toast跟住嗰位男店員問我你哋飲唔飲嘢?要唔要咖啡？跟住我都係多口問咗一句係咪跟餐架？佢即刻反晒白眼咁話我哋無跟餐。我都係問下有冇跟姐有咪有無咪無囉Ok... 我同朋友都係乖乖地坐返埋位傾計，餐具都係自助型式，朋友仔去拎餐具嘅時候唔小心整跌咗啲餐具落水吧個升盤已經即時say sorry，但係個位冇着制服嘅女職員即時黑晒面理都無理我地一面不滿嘅樣子。我明白做飲食業係辛苦，但係客人來消費都包睇面色？等左一陣2份toast 終於都嚟啦Hummus Toast & Ricotta Cheese toast - ricotta cheese toast 香濃嘅ricotta cheese 加上honey 同blueberry 健康又好味-hummus toast滿滿嘅鷹嘴豆泥加蕃茄乾Ham & cheese toastieHam & cheese 加上 honey mustard 好夾啊環境：⚫️⚫️⚫️⚪️⚪️服務：⚫️⚪️⚪️⚪️⚪️性價比：⚫️⚫️⚫️⚪️⚪️回頭率： ⚫️⚫️⚪️⚪️⚪️

平日下午嚟到，人流唔算多，可以靜靜地歎杯啡✨今次試吓佢哋嘅signature sourdough toast，揀左ultimo eggs做toppings🍳sourdough toast散發牛油香，偏硬身但夠香脆，配埋雞蛋一齊食夠晒飽🍞呢度嘅咖啡好飲又唔算貴☕️所有野加埋唔使一百蚊，性價比唔錯，啱晒想搵間靜靜地嘅cafe做野嘅人👩‍💻

一早起身去歎個靚早餐，第一次黎呢間Fineprint，喺大坑入口處，非常顯眼。裡面只有一張大枱和幾張bar枱，感覺同其他食客好close，亦相對容易聽到人地講乜。*Ricotta Cheese Sourdough with Blueberries**呢個真係令人驚豔，Ricotta Cheese超級滑，質地似greek yoghurt，重點係蜜糖，係完美的配搭，凍的Ricotta Cheese加上烘熱的酸種包，真心一試愛上。個人認為塊包可以再厚啲，比較薄容易偏乾，但幸好Ricotta Cheese夠多。叫左杯dirty，雖然黎到已經冇明顯的分層，但味道係不錯的。

I often find coffees from shops in HK too hot. In this case, it’s the opposite. Long black was disappointing. It’s not hot enough. Even after returning it, it still came back warm. We also ordered earl grey, and it was simply not hot enough for ideal steeping. While the water needs not be boiling, it should be close to it. You’d think they should know better. All in all, very disappointing esp for someone who’s been coming since it first opened. Maybe business is too good that it’s slipping.

With thousands of cafes in HK and most offer similar types of food and drinks, it’s definitely a challenge to stand out from the crowd. 一直都想試試的brunch，據說是香港最好吃的酸種面包！不過可能我不怎麼會欣賞，也太硬了吧！感覺刀叉都切不動！不過topping好棒，牛油果我倒是覺得就是普通的沒什麼特別，我推薦小番茄和藍莓，小番茄甜甜的，藍莓的更是加了蜜糖好吃，摩卡咖啡也不錯

Drove by around Tai Hang area and thinking to grab a coffee. Unfortunately we had a very huge disappointment with the filter brewed coffee which from a thermos and maybe it’s been brewed for hours.. tasted burnt and bitter and we couldn’t be able to finish it! Better find another place for coffee in tai hang area..

I paid my latte and seat at the coffee bar, the 2 staffs just didnt realize my presence! Until 30 mins later, I realize more customers coming and they still didnt notice they owe my cup! Simply they have no intention to say sorry or apologize for they bad attendance
