Came early on a weekday and the cafe was already bustling with people so we were lucky enough to grab a table. The pastry counter looked really yummy and we couldn't help but grab a pastry. The selection was really great, a mix of cookies, bread, muffins and cakes. This restaurant serves one of the best (and fancy looking) brunch in the neighbourhood. Some concern on hygiene during this COVID-19 period tho... first of all, there were lots of people gathering outside the restaurant without masks. While they were happily chatting and enjoying their good coffee with their masks taken off, some pedestrians had to walk fast to avoid the crowds. 🥑Smoked Salmon and Avocado Toast with Harissa spiced nuts & lemon ($105):Harissa 味嘅果仁的確係第一次係香港食到，對上一次食harissa 嘅野已經係上年係土耳其識咗個Tunisian ，佢用harissa 醬整意粉我地食😂 可惜依款nut加咗入去清新牛油果同三文魚上面，貌相係幾靚，但味道的覺得唔夾，唔加會更好食。一片完整嘅三文魚覆蓋係麵包上面，麵包中間搽咗一層簿簿嘅牛油。三文魚上面有好多新鮮牛油果。味道普通，麵包內外都太乾好硬，用刀難將佢分成小塊，可能佢冇點烘過個包，但好彩配有檸檬，食前加d檸檬汁，口感清新咗嘅！❤️Cappacinno ($30)咖啡味道係nutty，濃厚咖啡味，苦澀後有回甘味，鐘意fruity 口味咖啡嘅朋友未必岩飲。 雖然奶泡唔太多，但起碼唔會飲幾啖就冇咗奶泡。❤️Caramel Banana Cake ($40):典型西式甜品，味道偏甜。蛋糕上面加咗一層Caramel醬，好甜，有人工死甜感覺。蛋糕偏硬身同乾身，只能說不是我杯茶😂❤️Hot Mocha ($35):因為咖啡豆偏向nutty

每天被咖啡和面包催促着早起的日子真的很幸福啊！·从苏豪到大坑，能让我一个月之内二刷的店，Fineprint值得拥有姓名。·大坑也是外国朋友扎堆的地方，也就意味着，这里会有优秀的咖啡店和面包店和酒吧，而Fineprint三者兼得，还是从早上6点开门营业到凌晨的劳模选手。·大坑店比苏豪店的环境开扬了不少，店面依然以黑、灰两色贯穿，无需多余的装饰，贴着墙满满当当的几排酒瓶酒杯就能让它气场十足。散发着香气的面包柜正对着门口，泛着诱人油光、开酥均匀的面包们正好填补上冷色系店面所缺少的温柔。吧台后面有一个小小的烘焙间，店外面的拐角处还设置了座位，再也不用坐在路边喝咖啡。·苏豪店的打造更倾向于一间酒吧，灯光保持着昏暗神秘的调性。而大坑店的风格则明快了许多，蓝天白云倒映在玻璃上，阳光沿着窗户的缝隙渗进，轻松的音乐像泉水一般把你温柔环住……而在你咬下Sourdough、齿间迸发出清脆“咔嚓”声的瞬间，整个人都陶醉了！·周末早晨八点半的样子过来，不出所料又是满座，好几位客人带着BB和狗，氛围其乐融融。咖啡师自然是忙得不亦乐乎，不过效率很高、品质很稳，上次在苏豪就听见了两次玻璃碎掉的脆响，这次也是，没一会儿

人氣手沖咖啡店。店主曾獲澳洲咖啡師比賽冠軍。而家仲喺香港設自家炒咖啡豆工場，親自調配咖啡。Flat white and strawberry muffin😋咖啡唔酸，濃嘅但可以更甘香。Muffin唔似出面食開嘅咁鬆散，而且🍓味道唔太人造幾好。下次要試下店內homemade sourdough !!

Fineprint正式晉升為我其中一間最喜歡嘅cafe♥️對呢間cafe嘅vibe就是有種說不出的喜歡坐得chill之餘 佢灰黑色簡約嘅設計真係深得我心 影相一流📸重點係 呢度有隻好得意嘅柴柴店主看門口🐕.因為食左lunch 所以今次只係試左咖啡🔸Flat White🔸Flat white嘅咖啡香味重 飲落去香滑 容易入口！下次再黎一定會試埋佢地最出名嘅sourdough 👅✨(順便探下柴柴( ˘ ³˘)♥)

Unpleasant experience again today, the owner told us its illegal sitting outside (with unfriendly attitude) while he was putting the chairs outside the shop, was confusing.... if it’s illegal please remove the chairs so the costumer can choose to wait for the indoor seats or choose another shop. Bread is good coffee is not that outstanding, won’t come back again.

繼續我的咖啡旅程，來到大坑找到一間隱世咖啡，店員都是外藉人士，店中麵包、蛋糕都是自家製，連咖啡豆都是自家炒及拼配，咖啡豆的產地拼配是Brazil ,Colombia and Kenya ,咖啡味道相當平均，不太偏苦或偏酸，飲落舒適順喉，水準相當良好，一杯 long black價錢都只是$25，十分抵飲再試埋自家製蛋糕，我點了blueberry muffin($30),超讚藍莓份量好多，件事真是相當精彩，muffin賣相超美，微熱的muffin 外脆香甜，蛋糕部份不會太濕潤又鬆軟，甜美滿載，店中的出品十分有誠意，值得推介店中播放輕鬆熱鬧的英文歌，地方環境勝在是半開放式，不會太焗促，引入天然的光線，座位晤算多，可能要等位(店中設有free wifi)

是日只係路過，聞到咖啡香，深深被吸引，由於剛吃飽午餐，所以只點了一杯咖啡。這裏外籍人士較多，疫症期間大夥兒都沒有戴口罩，我坐在店外的位置，清風送爽，感覺舒適，下次要試吓其他食物。

High standards across the board in food, coffee, ambience, staff / service and drinks. Very nice crowd weekdays. Little crowded at weekends ... but such is life! Best sourdough around and great to get bread here that isn't sweet. I always go for their toast and it's fantastic. Coffee is really good too! Open very early so great to get a coffee and toast before work. Pastries and good too. Highly recommend and must try in Tai Hang.

天后大坑一帶近年開了不少café，各有不同主打。今天來到Fineprint 在大坑的分店，位置在蓮花宮和中央圖書館附近。Café 走黑白灰工業風型格路線，座位不多，可能需要等位。餐牌以咖啡和輕食為主，特別主打牛油果類食物。Smoked Salmon and Avocado Toast，麵包面上鋪滿了三文魚、牛油果和nuts ，不得不提帶有黑椒的醬汁配合檸檬汁，十分醒胃，也令Toast的味道更豐富。Long Black，個人覺得酸度適中，咖啡和水的比例也剛好。一份Toast吃下來，十分飽肚，正好為接下來的一整天提供能量！
