很多年沒去過。服務好多了,很殷勤。環境很豪華。價錢也偏貴。最好吃是就焗蟹蓋,很多蟹肉,中間夾著洋蔥絲,幹身而沒有醬汁,很可口很香($180)。油泡班球($600)很不錯,很新鮮,但加菜遠加了$120有點太坑人。半隻炸子雞不過不失($280)。蟹肉蛋白炒飯很普通,蟹肉很少,飯很硬,不值$300。紅酒炆牛尾牛舌味道不錯,但肉不夠軟。反而送的甜點核桃酥很精彩,很鬆脆很多核桃,而且微暖,是剛弄好的,好吃。

鮑汁 味道香濃 ;至於柚皮, 雖然柚皮 本身 的味道不算突出, 但勝在厚薄適中 ,柚皮掛了濃郁鮑汁, 垂涎欲滴!


炸子雞也很不錯 ,皮夠脆, 配上鹽和檸檬汁 ,很能提味!


食到最後,叫咗個芒果布甸。 是我見過最好的。 上面鋪了一層芒果汁 更突顯出甜品的鮮味!

I was searching for a good dim sum place in Hong Kong and few online articles recommended this place. It was suggested this is a place for the rich. I was hoping that the quality of the food warrants the price but I was wrong. The food was only standard and nothing exceptional. This place is only for those who wanted to recognized to be rich. Lei Garden is far better.

不過更難過既就係喺等候期間不停有 “熟客” 入黎, 知客直接帶佢地上餐廳, 就好似有人去到迪士尼樂園買Fast Pass, 一次過打晒百幾人尖. 在下都曾經用過Fast Pass, 所以在下理解的… 人有貴賤之分, 熟客有熟客既待遇, 只不過, 當你喺大堂門口一直無了期咁等待既時候出現一班遲黎先上岸既熟客, 心裏就有點不是滋味.

然後等啊等, 終於叫到我地. 上到去被安排坐喺電梯口第一張枱… (好彩既叫係有個玄闗擋一擋, 未致於對正晒個電梯口), 在下稱呢個位為 “屁屁位” (斯文叫法…), 同埋好明顯呢張枱係見人多臨時搭建出黎. 等左25分鍾, 滿心期待, 最後竟然換黎呢張枱, 唉…天忙我也…

等在下講解一下呢個位如何 “屁屁” 法: 首先  後面電梯不停有食客出入, 左面收銀部信用卡機由在下坐低到離開, 都不停埋單發出吱吱聲, 屬於極度擾人級別, 而右面係廚房, 每隔一陣就有果啲匙羹倒黎倒去既嘈音, 不過都未到重點...

由於呢個位近齊餐廳門口, 廚房, 收銀, 所以有大量侍者喺呢度溝通, 通知邊個入黎, 邊張枱加餸, 邊張枱埋單, 在下呢個軍事重地都接收得一清二楚… 在下唔敢講好嘈,但以上四樣野不停輪流轟炸, 任何心情雅緻都被抹殺了.

被安排坐呢個屁屁位, 在下不能說係餐廳既錯. 位, 總要有人坐, 要怪, 就只怪時不與我, 只怪在下唔係熟客...

所謂一不離二, 坐低之後足足等左成分鍾都冇人招呼茶水, 冇人俾點心紙, 純粹乾等然後同爸爸媽媽妹妹你眼望我眼, 在下以為我地張枱變左透明. 最後好彩都有位年輕侍者察覺我地被人遺棄左, 拿拿臨開番壼茶.

喺高檔餐廳遇到咁既待遇在下還是第一次, 嗰下真係唔識俾反應, 所以喺未點野食之前已經冇晒心情, 不過點都好, 母親大人生日, 呢啲場面唯有扮冇野方為上策, 無謂搞到大家尷尷尬尬.

晏就黎呢度通常都係叫點心為主, 加埋個炒粉面飯就夠食了.

本身想叫個燒味雙拼 – 燒腩仔配叉燒, 不過之前食過冇話特別驚喜, 見點心紙有呢個燒鱔, 所以抱住好奇心去試試. 出黎效果唔錯, 鱔本身幾肥美, 燒得夠惹味又夠脆 (估計係臨尾再用火熗燒一燒層皮), 點埋啲蜜糖汁, 又係好食!

美中不足係灘凍左之後, 底下塊皮變韌, 完全咬唔到, 呢道菜都係要趁熱食. 講起燒鱔, 不得不提大尾篤間泰國菜館忠誠茶座, 佢都有燒鱔, 勁肥勁香不特止, 仲真正做到外脆內軟, 相信所有愛鱔之人都無法抗拒.

本身想叫埋呢度既另一名物 – 荷葉飯, 不過父親大人唔鍾意. 之後曾經考慮點一客龍蝦炒伊面, 不過擔心會係天文字數 (餐牌好似係寫住時價), 唯有叫個貼地又踏實既炒飯.

所謂貼地…都要成300蚊, 其實都唔係好貼, 不過其他炒粉面飯都係200幾蚊起跳, 變相呢個炒飯好似抵好多, 有蟹肉wor. 收得你3舊水, 佢又真係俾足料, 蟹肉同瑤柱份量十足, 蟹肉唔係用 “一絲絲” 而係用 “一疏疏” 黎形容, 基本上每一口飯都充斥蟹香. 飯亦炒得乾身, 一啲都唔油, 同名人坊既富哥炒飯名列在下既排行榜首位.

以點心黎講, 其實呢度既認真唔錯, 拍得住出面啲五星酒店中菜廳, 尤其蝦餃更加係難逢敵手. 而燒鱔同蟹肉炒飯更屬驚喜之作. 曾經幫襯過佢幾次午餐同一次夜晚, 所有食物都十分高質!

利申: 食物一欄評分只有33.5... 估計係因為屁屁位影響到心情, 從而影響到味蕾... 

題外話: 佢地有個梅香鹹魚蒸肉餅, 索價300幾, 係在下有生以黎食過最貴既蒸肉餅, 不過同時係在下食過最好味既! 誠意推介!

服務COMMENT

之前黎果幾次, 佢地既服務都好專業同窩心. 不過唔知今日係唔係太多客人既關係, 桃花依舊, 人 “臉” 全非, 當日既細心服務同親切笑容在下已經見唔到… 或者都有既, 不過限左量, 悉數留俾 “富豪”, “名人”, “熟客”.

環境COMMENT

撇除屁屁位, 真心講, 呢度既用餐環境的確好唔錯, 裝修靚, 枱櫈坐得舒服, 枱同枱之間又闊落, 基本上就算坐到滿晒都唔會覺得嘈. 冇野衰, 就衰在下張枱真係差到冇朋友.

題外話… 又係在下瀨野… 有一張大枱, 佢地有幾個細路, 臨走時啲細路唔知點解咁興奮, 一邊尖叫一邊你追我逐, 而咁啱我地張枱喺正門口, 俾佢地以環迴立體高頻圍攻, 在下真心瞬間崩潰… 而啲細路又唔覺意踢到在下張櫈… 唉… 

抵唔抵食?

叫得做富豪飯堂, 當然預左唔會平. 若只論食物質素同埋整體既環境服務, 在下覺得還可以, 價位其實同出面啲中菜廳例如龍景軒, 文華廳差唔多. 不過如果以在下呢餐飯黎講… sorry, 我真係寧願冇黎過, 今餐飯撤底破壞晒在下對福臨門既美好回憶…

餐飯雖被評為S級 (大海級), 不過呢個S主要係針對成個Dining Experience, 並非話佢野食唔好食, 服務唔好, 或者地方污糟邋遢, 即管當在下果日烏雲蓋頂, 咁災難性既用餐體驗都俾我們這一家遇到.

富豪飯堂, 人地畫公仔都已經畫晒出腸, 專門招待富豪, 在下呢種平民百姓走錯了地方, 連門面都未睇清楚就貿然走左入去, 變相自取其辱… 諗住媽媽生日, 帶佢食好啲, 唉~ spoil左成件事, 錢就俾左, 換黎既就只有失望, 真係賠了夫人又折兵.

人貴自知, “富豪” 兩字跟在下仲有一段光年級既距離, 怕且餘生都唔會有福氣感受到 “熟客” 既待遇, 故此今日一別, 亦是緣滅.

朋友極力推薦的,說很多名人食家都很喜歡每天去福臨門度食野,但係價錢就相對貴好多,在尼一帶的名氣都算好高,但係因為臨時起意,所以都要了點時間book位置的。乳鴿的話從來都系細細一隻的,而且師傅手藝好好,掌握的火候很準確,乳鴿的肉質非常的嫩,系真正的嫩,一點都沒有過火的嚡嘴感,最好食的是乳鴿的皮,脆而滑,正。鮑魚價錢系我食過最貴的,我認真的,但係福臨門的鮑魚卻打破了我對鮑魚的歧視,味道很正,雖然我以前不喜歡食鮑魚,但是也認為尼間的鮑魚味道同口感都系我食過的頂級。燕窩的味道就一般般喇,沒有甚麼好說的,而且價錢又貴,侍應真的很熱情周到的,食飯過程都很開心。

朋友極力推薦的,說很多名人食家都很喜歡每天去福臨門度食野,但係價錢就相對貴好多,在尼一帶的名氣都算好高,但係因為臨時起意,所以都要了點時間book位置的。乳鴿的話從來都系細細一隻的,而且師傅手藝好好,掌握的火候很準確,乳鴿的肉質非常的嫩,系真正的嫩,一點都沒有過火的嚡嘴感,最好食的是乳鴿的皮,脆而滑,正。鮑魚價錢系我食過最貴的,我認真的,但係福臨門的鮑魚卻打破了我對鮑魚的歧視,味道很正,雖然我以前不喜歡食鮑魚,但是也認為尼間的鮑魚味道同口感都系我食過的頂級。燕窩的味道就一般般喇,沒有甚麼好說的,而且價錢又貴,侍應真的很熱情周到的,食飯過程都很開心。

點它因為很久沒有吃過這點心,目測跟吃過的外觀有大不同,一口咬下,皮很薄但不失嚼勁,還記得已往吃過的皮都很厚,有些皮甚至造得跟潮州粉果一樣的厚,這裹的做得比普通酒家的蝦餃皮還薄!

饀的材料跟已往吃過的沒區別,有沙葛、菜粒、鮮蝦、芫荽及少許肥豬肉,但他們的饀料有一個非一般的優點,很乾身! 沒有帶着一泡水,很多市面上的餃類點心,饀內都有一小泡的水,大家切勿誤會餃內的是一泡湯汁,實則是饀內蔬菜或鮮蝦未有被布吸乾而蒸出的水,光看這小環節我已經肯定福臨門名不虛傳!

跟剛才的粉菓一樣薄,純個人估計可能只有0.2-3mm厚(重叠的接合位不算),澄麵皮能做得那麼薄而不失嚼勁,點心師傅的功力可見一班

饀料的蝦爽脆鮮甜,沒有絲毫韌的感覺,荀粒切得非常幼細,每隻蝦都輕輕的剁過,正宗蝦餃的做法,特別一提蝦腸去得很淨,沒有任何黑點出現餃內,大家可從上圖看到; 饀料非常乾身,沒有出現含着一泡水的情況,重申:『廣東餃類點心之中,應該只有灌湯餃的製作含有湯汁。』

吃着蝦餃時發現一個問題,翻開饀料看不到丁點肥豬肉,但吃在嘴裏竟有豬油甘香,立刻向侍應查詢,唯未能解答,要勞煩經理向㕑房查詢,得到的答案是饀確實沒有豬肉,但搓皮時下了豬油所以帶有豬油香氣在此特別一讚,縱使我只是一個小小食客,他們都一絲不苟的向我解說點心用料,讚!

外觀跟茶菓有點相似,這點心廣受網上食家讚賞。從網上找到的資料顯示,蘋葉角源於順德大良,以澄麵製皮,冬蓉、花生、椰絲、芝麻及欖仁等作饀,再裹上豆瓣蒸熟而成,但面前的跟這傳統做法好像拉不上關係。

先看葉,外觀上不似網上查看的豆瓣,進食時沒有問飯堂員工這是什麼葉,下次光顧一定仔細詢問。這角的用料跟茶菓用料基乎一致只是裹上的葉子不同而已糯米外層帶有清新的葉香,而紅豆蓉則香甜無渣,不帶丁點豆殼,味道一流,至於口感方面,糯米外層確實軟糯香滑,但卻沒有嚼勁,不知道是否店家的刻意所為,但我卻不太欣賞這種口感。

水準確是一流,吃得我異常開懷,這裏的梅肉鬆化且帶有豐富肉汁,燒烤火候控制一絶,帶燶邊而沒有燒得過乾,麥牙糖的甜沒有蓋過肉的鹹香,甜鹹的層次做得很分明,超讚!

在下一向對义燒要求很高,吃過的食肆中只有柴灣的新桂香、中環鏞記及銅鑼灣西苑能有如此水平,由於以上食肆都吃過多遍,直覺用的豬肉都沒有福臨門的高質,福的义燒在肉質鬆化度上最高,沒辦法,福的义燒售價HK$160一碟,但份量卻不足半斤,賣價高當然可以選用頂級質素的梅肉入饌。

屬於新派點心,用腐皮裹著蝦膠,先炸熟成百花腐皮卷,最後才用腸粉卷成,這腸粉的口感十分豐富,有腸粉的滑漏、腐皮的鬆脆及蝦膠的爽口。而味道方面,腸粉的米漿質素很高,繞有米香而不帶半絲糠味,蝦膠混入墨魚滑同打,較純蝦膠彈牙,鮮味亦多了一個層次,最後一提是腸粉豉油調得非常香甜,為這道近乎完美的腸粉再添色彩。

事先聲名,在下不是荷葉飯的粉絲,因為傳統荷葉飯的製法是把飯先煮熟,再炒,然後再隔水蒸逾半小時,所以飯的口感會濕糯而不爽口,小弟就是不太喜歡這口感,但到福臨門朝聖的我,怎能不來一客他們的經典。

由於這飯的口感非我所愛,以下只評味道,揭開荷葉飯便嗅到一道新鮮荷葉香氣,材料有燒鴨粒、蛋、蝦仁、瑤柱、雞肉及冬菇等等,嗜一口,飯帶有不俗鮮味,不敢太肯定,但應該是在炒的時候放了雞湯、蠔油或飽汁之類的汁料同炒。飯味道非常濃郁豐富,但又層次分明,這樣高質,難怪在香港享負盛名!

吃的時候,想引證一下材料內的是燒鴨粒還是燒鵝粒,特意問了一下侍應姐姐,她並沒敷衍了事,馬上向經理求證,誠懇的服務態度可見一班。

本只想要純杏仁茶,但侍應姐姐建議吃蛋白杏仁茶,小弟欣然接受建議,蛋青的香味絶對非凡,亦由於它太香的原故,把大部份的杏仁味都蓋過了,杏仁是生磨的,用石磨磨成的不管是杏仁茶還合桃露,口感都會較稠,很多時會帶丁點的渣,面前的百份百肯定是生磨而成,口感味道皆不錯,甜度亦適中,但由於杏仁味道被蛋白香氣蓋過不少,杏仁味變得不明顯,所以未算極品

This vegetable I am not going to be able to name, it wasn't on the dim sum menu, and a Cantonese-speaking friend ordered it, and she didn't know the English name. "Chinese ____" where ____ is some random Western green, I'm sure. Apparently this is only available in the winter. It's nice and strongly flavored, tasted a lot like canned spinach-- which is not an insult, because I love canned spinach. Deal with it.

I think this is just cha siu, but I also think the menu had some more elaborate name for it. Again, I didn't order, so I can't really say. This was some fantastic pork, definitely my second favorite thing on the menu. I usually don't like pork buns of any variety. I think they're too sweet typically, and I especially have never liked this particular variety with the fluffy bun. Often it's like eating sweetened styrofoam. Anyway, I actually liked these, so my compliments to the chef. The bread was rather soft and they were more judicious in the sweetening elements.

We got three desserts. I was full by then and passed because I'm not really into sweet stuff. Everyone seemed to like them and they all got ate, so there you go.

I think the total was something like $260 a head, so not cheap by any measure. We did get a lot. I did think all the food was great. There was some elegance to the experience. Tables were spaced pretty far apart, and I liked the art (see above). Service could be a little gruff (we were waved off by a server on pig-duty), and we did have to wait about 10 min after our reservation time to be seated, but that's no biggie.

If you've got the dosh to drop, the food here is great, but you won't be missing out on too much if you go someplace cheaper.

生炒糯米飯:誠然,吃到最後的時候,已經很飽了,可是吃到出色的糯米飯還是可以吃不停口的。生炒的糯米飯,所花的功夫是不少的,福臨門炒出來的是粒粒分明,米飯也富臘味的油香。

豆沙蘋葉角,香煎馬蹄角,蓮茸煎堆仔:甜品有三款,豆沙蘋葉角是招牌,特別的是外皮軟糯而不過甜吧;煎堆仔是飽滿的圓形,是挺好吃的:馬蹄糕則是穩當次選吧。

是晚參加了一個網上飯局,首次走進這間富豪飯堂,餐桌上不是什麼名貴的鮑參翅肚,但却吃到一頓比普通酒家水平高很多的粤菜,雖然價錢接近$800大元,但仍然覺得價錢合理。

我的有頭有尾添吃分配,見那突出的眼睛,有彈性的魚臉珠肉已知新鮮,蒸功亦準繩,剛熟全魚肉嫩不嚡,魚汁香甜,無投訴之理。

沒有拍照的荷葉飯是這兒的招牌,可能已經太飽,今夜亦不覺怎麼樣。
