原來荃灣都開咗4口,佢係莆田嘅姊妹店。之前第一間喺中環IFC食過都好好食,所以今次book呢間新分店試吓臘味雞卷呢個冷盤比到驚喜我,臘味嘅味道漏咗喺雞肉上邊,凍食嘅感覺又唔會咁油膩,啱晒做前菜。松子薑蓉菠菜啲菠菜非常之嫩,調味都唔錯。砂煲豆醬焗黃魚呢個係莆田嘅手本名菜,百秒黃魚嘅改良版。用豆醬焗就更加入味。魚肉仍然保持嫩滑。福建佛跳牆正宗嘅佛跳牆有齊鮑參翅肚老雞火腿,冇乜嘢可以挑剔。黑松露野菌拌手工米線呢個黑松露味超級強,米線夠滑,菇味都好濃高麗菜五花肉燜飯呢個五花肉炆飯,超級惹味啖啖都係肉香枇杷凍呢個係莆田都有嘅甜品,枇杷凍好清潤,啱晒食完龍尾嘢之後食紅菇桃膠布丁呢個菇味就冇乜,但係好重奶味。味道幾特別。

最近4口喺荃灣開咗新嘅分店,我就專程去咗荃灣分店食飯,佢哋最近做緊廚師發辦嘅菜單,我見到有唔少嘅菜式都幾有心思,不過我今次就嚟食其他單點食物。廈門沙茶麵呢一個面嘅湯底有香濃嘅沙茶香味,仲有唔少配菜添,包括魚片同埋蝦等等。個麵本身都彈牙呀,配埋沙茶湯底,幾好味呀。沙茶牛腩煲依個牛腩煲有唔少牛腩,仲有薯仔添。牛腩煮得非常入味,肉質亦都唔會太過靭。酸菜紅燒肉紅燒肉入口即溶,每件嘅份量都幾多,配埋酸酸甜甜嘅酸菜,都幾解膩。砂煲豆醬焗黃魚有香濃嘅豆醬香味,魚肉都幾多。椰汁冰呢個椰汁冰有唔少配料,仲有啲珍珠添,價錢恰當。整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素都唔錯,當中嘅牛腩煲同埋椰汁冰都令我覺得非常之難忘。

整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素都唔錯,當中嘅牛腩煲同埋椰汁冰都令我覺得非常之難忘。

呢間主打福建菜既「4口」之前喺IFC食過,水準都好高,仲有足料燉湯飲,最近發現佢地首間旗艦店登陸荃灣喇! 旗艦店主打福建x多國菜色的廚師發辦,午、晚市都有不同Menu環境走木系風,坐得好舒服,見佢地既Omakase都好吸引,有齊刺身、生蠔、壽喜燒、鮑魚、黑草山羊肉等等,如果想食記得提前預訂啦😉高麗菜燜炒米粉米粉係比較細同幼,食既時候冇咁油膩,加入蜆、高麗菜、蝦🦐等配料夠曬香口涼拌萵荀絲萵荀切成絲爽口香脆,作為前菜十分開胃砂煲豆醬焗黄魚原條黄魚外脆魚肉軟嫩,啖啖肉,配上香甜豆醬值得一試黑蒜香煎帶子帶子煎至剛剛好,入口軟嫩,配上露筍、黑蒜一齊炒更有口感沙茶牛腩煲上枱既時候熱辣辣,牛腩大大嚿好入味,沙茶醬香濃惹味酸菜紅燒肉鮮香軟肉,香而不膩,下面仲有啲酸菜一齊食更富口感,下飯一流☺️白茶流心丸必食之選!外皮加入脆脆香口惹味,入面係芋頭加上流心奶皇,作為甜品好好食🤤椰奶銀耳燉桃膠椰奶香濃順滑,加入爽脆銀耳及有咬口既燉桃膠,十分滋潤

荃灣新開一家餐廳,名叫4口,很日式,不過做的卻是福建菜創意料理;之前在IFC那邊也吃過這個店的食物,那時感覺就很驚艷,今天逛街路過,剛好中午就直接進去吃。裝修很時尚,很精緻,非常舒適,非常有品味,看得出設計師很有水平,鮮花的點綴更相得益彰,雅緻!菜品很驚喜,午市主打個人套餐,點了兩份套餐,高麗菜燜飯和廈門沙茶麵,高麗菜燜飯香味十足,米粒彈牙,滿嘴留香,套餐的呈現方式很漂亮;廈門沙茶麵湯汁濃郁,材料豐富,微辣,喜歡吃辣的夥伴們是不錯的選擇;在香港喝過再好喝的凍檸茶,沒有之一,強烈推薦大家一定好來品嚐,不好喝可罵我
