用高腳器皿盛載糖水,感覺又高了一個檔次。上層奶白色嘅椰奶散發着濃烈嘅椰香,加上細碎嘅銀耳和一塊塊嘅桃膠,好有口感,成個甜品好潤滑滋潤!好好味!


✔️紅菇桃膠布甸$48
融合咗菇菌嘅甜品,幾特別,味道清淡,甜而不膩,布甸有質感,唔容易鬆散。

原來荃灣都開咗4口,佢係莆田嘅姊妹店。之前第一間喺中環IFC食過都好好食,所以今次book呢間新分店試吓臘味雞卷呢個冷盤比到驚喜我,臘味嘅味道漏咗喺雞肉上邊,凍食嘅感覺又唔會咁油膩,啱晒做前菜。松子薑蓉菠菜啲菠菜非常之嫩,調味都唔錯。砂煲豆醬焗黃魚呢個係莆田嘅手本名菜,百秒黃魚嘅改良版。用豆醬焗就更加入味。魚肉仍然保持嫩滑。福建佛跳牆正宗嘅佛跳牆有齊鮑參翅肚老雞火腿,冇乜嘢可以挑剔。黑松露野菌拌手工米線呢個黑松露味超級強,米線夠滑,菇味都好濃高麗菜五花肉燜飯呢個五花肉炆飯,超級惹味啖啖都係肉香枇杷凍呢個係莆田都有嘅甜品,枇杷凍好清潤,啱晒食完龍尾嘢之後食紅菇桃膠布丁呢個菇味就冇乜,但係好重奶味。味道幾特別。
