一直鍾意去文興,食物幾精緻同好味,不過昨晚晚飯體驗令人失望😮‍💨。燒腩仔失準,豬肉好臭未放入口已經聞到臭味。同侍應姐姐反映,佢問換碟叉燒俾我哋好唔好,雖然當時已經食咗叉燒但冇所謂我哋OK,心情仍然好愉快。埋單時問題就來了,一行12人最後埋單六千幾蚊,食到我哋捧住個肚好 happy。Check單嗰陣發現一開始點嘅豬腳仔冇黎到就同姐姐講,佢話佢check吓,返嚟就帶埋另外一個angry bird姐姐質問我哋話一定有上菜,係佢親手上的!我哋即刻解釋話真係冇見過亦冇食到豬腳仔,幫佢搵埋下台階會唔會係送錯咗去第二台唔記得。跟住佢就繼續睥住我哋堅持話佢有上👹🔥包大人喺度先搞得掂🥲後來佢哋仲話如果嘢食冇嚟到,食客有責任即時同佢哋講返。火都嚟,餐廳冇上菜點會係食客嘅責任,我哋叫咗10幾廿碟餸喎,咁我咪好命苦。有諗過佢哋咁嘅反應會唔會係因為公司規矩miss 單要佢哋自己出錢,如果真係就請餐廳重新考慮呢個係咪好方法。總之,俾人屈就由happy 變 angry。
