天氣變冷,第一時間就諗起去食煲仔飯。廟街附近有不少出名的煲仔飯,但我偏愛四季煲仔飯!星期四晚7點去到,已經見到長長的人龍,個個都排隊等食煲仔傻田,等左差唔多30分鐘,就可以入去等食煲仔飯!今次揀左牛肉排骨冬菇煲仔飯和潤腸滑雞煲仔飯,煲仔飯熱騰騰,香噴噴,食完真係暖哂。環境唔係靚,但即叫即煲既煲仔飯,價錢合理,份量足,值得一試!今次人少少,試唔到另一樣出名的蠔餅,餐廳提及蠔餅是用鴨蛋煎,見到其他食客有食,下次真係要試!

好多年冇黎食喇,每次去到附近醒起想食佢,都因為條隊太長而打退堂鼓。尋晚夠凍,13度既晚上,真係好想食煲仔飯,就排左30分鐘隊。兩個人,點左一個白蟮滑雞飯,一個臘腸田雞飯,一個金銀蛋芥菜肉片湯,一份細蠔餅。白蟮滑雞飯,滑雞真係滑,白蟮唔係林身,肉爽實的,是新鮮的感覺。臘腸田雞飯,臘腸選料半肥瘦,咬落去唔覺肥膩。田雞今次的比較瘦小。如果食到多肉啲既就更開心。芥菜湯一如以往,好飲。菜同肉都夠多,仲有一隻咸蛋,一大隻皮蛋。完全足料炮製。味道方面係偏重了一點,較咸,不過佢落一隻咸蛋黎煲,一定會咸,我其實又喜歡既😬蠔餅,咸蛋蠔餅,好鬆化,兩塊47,4塊94,我就點兩塊啦,反正食多2塊都冇著數。總體黎講,質數高,價錢合理,唔怪得之一直keep到咁多人食啦!

白蟮滑雞飯,滑雞真係滑,白蟮唔係林身,肉爽實的,是新鮮的感覺。

臘腸田雞飯,臘腸選料半肥瘦,咬落去唔覺肥膩。田雞今次的比較瘦小。如果食到多肉啲既就更開心。

芥菜湯一如以往,好飲。菜同肉都夠多,仲有一隻咸蛋,一大隻皮蛋。完全足料炮製。味道方面係偏重了一點,較咸,不過佢落一隻咸蛋黎煲,一定會咸,我其實又喜歡既😬

蠔餅,咸蛋蠔餅,好鬆化,兩塊47,4塊94,我就點兩塊啦,反正食多2塊都冇著數。

總體黎講,質數高,價錢合理,唔怪得之一直keep到咁多人食啦!

有個喺美國返嚟嘅朋友,諗住同佢聚一聚,問佢想食咩,佢竟然話想食煲仔飯。咁我就帶佢去呢一間四季煲仔飯。我好耐之前食過一次,今次再食希望佢唔會失水準,我叫咗個滑蛋牛肉飯, 佢就叫咗個鹹魚肉餅飯,另外我哋仲嗌咗一個通菜,估唔到佢個通菜份量都幾多,最重要係只需要廿幾蚊,真係覺得超級抵食。佢個滑蛋牛肉飯一上到嚟已經好吸引,係啱啱新鮮整起。佢個鹹魚肉餅飯都唔錯,其實唔係肉餅,係肉,但係味道都可以接受。我自己就鍾意食滑蛋牛肉飯多啲。焗一焗個底仲會有飯焦。Btw佢呢度好特別係畀咗錢先上菜嘅,不過唔緊要啦好食就得啦。

今天帶兩位外國來的朋友 來吃香港有名的煲仔飯門口外面排著很多人我們來得尚算早,排了半小時便可以進去了。排隊期間跟後面的老客戶聊天。他說以前吃的時候才十幾蚊,現在這間店出名了賣得很貴但仍然好吃。😍我們點了排骨臘腸煲仔飯, 臘腸潤腸煲仔飯。說實話有點失望因為作為煲仔飯飯焦是十分重要的!但這個煲仔飯 可能人多員工不足關係 煮得比較沒有飯焦飯也淋同多水👎👎👎👎性價比十分低。。。再到有名的炸蠔餅蠔餅炸的很是酥脆亦有淡淡鹹鴨蛋鹹香味道很不錯,可惜略帶油膩。味道:4/5分另外有腐乳通菜想說減省一啲油膩感是清燙通菜很新鮮味道沒有很特別就是了。味道:3/5分總括來說,作為一間有名的煲仔飯店,煲仔飯沒有足夠的飯焦,令我十分失望。大概現在主要做旅遊客的生意不是本地客生意。如果是帶外國朋友來的話。。還可以小小一試的。

總括來說,作為一間有名的煲仔飯店,煲仔飯沒有足夠的飯焦,令我十分失望。
大概現在主要做旅遊客的生意不是本地客生意。如果是帶外國朋友來的話。。還可以小小一試的。

油麻地有兩間好出名嘅煲仔飯, 個人比較偏向四季煲仔飯雖然另一間鋪頭分店較多座位多, 容易啲入座唔使排隊, 但每次去到都寧願排條長長嘅人龍, 等食四季煲仔飯😁佢嘅煲仔飯我同先生食過好多次, 好味就唔在話下, 今次主要係想讚一讚佢嘅蠔餅😋雖然蠔餅份量比起當初食嘅時候係變細左, 但係食落去嘅味道同質量係冇變嘅, 蠔仔嘅數量一啲都唔少, 亦唔會覺得啲粉好厚, 基本上係一炸好就即刻上枱, 一咬落去非常香脆, 有濃濃嘅蠔仔味, 加上淡淡的粉香, 唔會覺得好油膩, 點上醬汁更加畫龍點睛😋非常推薦

No burn rice found. What’s so good about it? Nothing with burn please 🤷🏿‍♂️ Maybe do something. No air la ~~~ just go to Yau ma dei and there are many local chicken (rice) you can eat. You can find love there and it’s cheap!!
