好幾年無黎廟街開餐了突然想食煲仔飯想起呢度今次揀左四季七點零鍾黎到已經見到一條長龍了等左位大約30分鍾雖然好似等左好耐但難得黎到就唔想放棄點了~臘腸排骨飯大約等左15分鍾先有飯食黎到落左豉油焗多十分鍾先開餐(睇人地食評講的)臘腸味道正常排骨就一般般食到有幾件好似唔太新鮮既味道~梅菜滑雞飯本人覺得呢個好過臘腸排骨梅菜OK無沙的雞肉亦都正常兩個飯都食到飯焦(本人至愛)~蠔餅(細份)呢個反而有驚喜黎到熱辣辣咬落去好鬆化炸得剛剛好蠔仔份量亦叫OK~灼生菜可能落左油灼係好味既菜都算青綠咬落索索聲

晚上6點鐘左右就到,剛好不用等位,因為想食煲仔飯就黎試下,之前試過附近啲煲仔飯都好食既,不過呢間就未食過,貪新鮮既我就梗係試下啦。入到舖,唔係好多位,不過位同位之間都闊落,唔錯。員工態度就一般啦,黎到問我食乜,餐牌都唔比黎下點叫呀,我又唔係熟客。最後點左鳳爪排骨飯,細蠔餅,同通菜(係油菜唔係炒菜)。先講鳳爪排骨飯,67蚊送野飲,我要左一枝可樂。鳳爪得一隻,好咸,唔淋既,排骨就好細粒,仲要唔好食,飯就有少少濕濕地,唔夠乾,可能係一早整定既,因為叫左都唔夠十分鐘就有得食喇。菜都黎埋,好淋,都可能係整定既。蠔餅就差唔多食晒啲野先黎,新鮮整既,好熱,好正,真係好食。如果黎既話,淨係食蠔餅就好喇。因為煲仔飯同菜都掂。呢間舖得好少選擇,除左煲仔飯,油菜同蠔餅,就係得湯,冇其他野食喇。我去果日仲要得番一款湯。所以我最後都冇叫到。

呢個唔使問,最簡單嘅餸菜可以最好味,腐乳非常開胃同入味,帶鹹香味配搭通菜,可以一次過食晒半碟,味道可以,油感其實都幾多,

整體來講,要食傳統煲仔飯呢到都滿足到我,煲仔飯用嘅都系正宗砂鍋,而唔系鐵煲蒸飯加到煲中,煲仔飯矜貴在粒粒米都由砂煲到蒸至熟透,所謂慢工出細貨,要食好質量,必定須捱得過等,結果嚟講食物同服務態度都系唔錯,如果怕滴水、衛生、嘈吵,佢就未必系至好選擇,但如果想食火喉、手藝,呢到可以一試

琴晚同朋友來食煲仔飯。可能種種原因,七點去到水靜河飛,睇得出幾位大嬸服務員應該好得閒。朋友係之後來到,坐低後佢問我有咩想食,當時其中一個大嬸係我地無叫佢的情況已經企咗係隔離,聽到我地交談似乎想叫北菇滑雞飯已經準備寫單,我見到同佢講等等先我地未落單再睇。然後同朋友繼續研究餐牌,過程中佢有好多野都唔食,個大嬸聽到我地研究食咩的時候就自己不停加把咀話可以叫乜叫物。由於覺得煩,我用比較強硬的態度話:得,我地自己會睇。佢終於收聲行開。最後叫咗二個煲仔飯,一碟通菜。個人覺得煲仔飯料可以菜都可以,但飯就一般。朋友覺得飯有些硬。基於唔算特別好食,加埋服務員好煩,無意再去。

I heard about this place from a local taxi driver and decide to take a trip to try. Took a while to locate the shop as it was located along a quit stretch of road 2 mins from Yau Ma Tei station. I sat down and looked at the menu and ordered a chicken and Chinese sausage claypot rice and a serving of Kang Kong with fermented bean curd.
