Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日想食清淡D就揀左呢間黎食叫左個招牌4寶米線包括有蝦卷, 魚腐, 魚蛋,墨魚丸同紫菜湯底值得一讚, 飲晒成碗都吾洗搵水飲蝦卷並吾係煎炸個種, 浸左落湯底到, 淋晒 一般魚腐吾係實的的個種, 較軟棉 好食魚蛋係白雪雪個種, 口感彈牙但無咩味 一般墨魚丸係當中最意想不到但出色既一款 外表黑色, 加左墨魚汁做, 質感較實, 亦都好有味米線可能因為浸住左個湯底, 比較淋身.Encore 指數: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

魚腐吾係實的的個種, 較軟棉 好食
魚蛋係白雪雪個種, 口感彈牙但無咩味 一般
墨魚丸係當中最意想不到但出色既一款 
外表黑色, 加左墨魚汁做, 質感較實, 亦都好有味

米線可能因為浸住左個湯底, 比較淋身.
