今日肥髀學校運動會,因為知道肥髀放學一定會好肚餓,所以午餐後經過麵包店就買定麵包比佢麵包店好舊,港式麵包店,麵包款式都係正常無乜驚喜,不過有迷你包,揀咗3款比店員袋好,只收現金!迷你包$8/3個火腿蛋:火腿鹹香,麵包鬆軟!唔會好泡!香腸:半條普通雞肉香腸,正常!肉鬆:肉鬆鬆,鹹香!麵包味道ok,隔一晚做早餐都唔會乾硬!港式麵包

早餐時間經過大坑呢間舊式包店, 見到蛋撻新鮮出爐, 就買左個食下~蛋撻$4個都幾平, 而且係我大意食既曲奇皮, 蛋撻皮好脆, 曲奇皮味好香, 而且唔太厚, 入面既蛋都幾滑, 蛋味濃, 性價比高, 好喜歡呢類舊式包店, 見到都會支持下!!

舊式美麥多飽餅屋彷彿與四周崛起的中高檔次餐廳格格不入似的,隨著附近不斷湧現西式餅店,它會被時代淘汰嗎?入內繞場一周,唯一吸引小妹駐足細看的,只有巨大的心形蝴蝶酥$5.5。蝴蝶酥色澤金黃亮麗,表層呈焦黃的摺痕,美艷動人,且散發陣陣芳香。咬下,雖是新鮮之作,然,牛油味淡,質感硬脆,稱不上鬆化甜美香酥,煞是可惜!

大坑裏的新興食肆越開越多, 價錢亦不見得是大眾化, 在這兒居住的街坊們相信不會每日幫襯, 始終要顧及平民的需要, 地道麵包店自然有它生存的價值~ Hello Kitty 之後, 這就是我們的第二站 ~從格仔瓷磚、地板都反映出麵包店的悠久, 估計現在製造的麵包及西餅款式是比以前少得多 , 因為麵包櫃的空動感, 讓人有淒愴的感受!拳頭大的菠蘿包, 脹泵泵可是不太墜手, 面層脆皮剛好鋪在包上, 烘焗至金黃色再撒多一把白芝麻在面~ 菠蘿包面層脆皮香脆甜美, 包身鬆軟, 把菠蘿包撕開兩半可見到包肉軟身亦帶質感 , 麵包雖大但是叉燒餡只得少少的一角, 豬肉粒塗些叉燒醬就叫做叉燒, 兒戲了一點吧 ~

Went to Fresh Wheat Bakery in Tai Hang which seems to be a new branch, however the attitude of the staff there was not that good.I felt that she was giving people the looks so they would hurry up and leave.Anyway I bought a Pandan cake. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Pandan cakeverall the cake was too sweet and lacked pandan taste.The egg tasted really strong and it tasted like an ordinary cake which was coloured green.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
