大約十二點半到鋪頭,入座之後叫咗兩次先嚟幫我哋落單。一點十分問點解仲未上菜,侍應就話廚師喺度食緊飯,等佢食完先煮。呢個時候已經覺得好誇張啦,兩個細路仔等到肚餓,再過十分鐘去催,過咗十分鐘先上咗三個餸,呢個時候已經等咗成個鐘,之後又等咗十分鐘先上埋其他兩個餸。蝦同埋瀨尿蝦都唔新鮮,瀨尿蝦仲有兩隻差到唔敢食,佢哋後尾補返幾隻俾我哋,但都係有啲好唔新鮮!諗住行到最後嗰幾間平啲,反正都係食海鮮,點知質素咁差,服務又差,搞到好似欠咗廚師同侍應錢咁。唔會再去啦。 continue reading

今日自己買海鮮去加工西貢出名食海鮮,不過加工嘅地方都好緊要我比較推薦呢間富雅海鮮酒家做加工或食小炒,夠鑊氣味道做得好好,佢哋收費又比較合理,我自己比較鐘意買嚟加工我覺得更加平同新鮮,一般去西貢海鮮酒家食一餐飯如果要有象拔蚌刺身,紅瓜子,炒蟶子王,蒸鮑魚加多一兩個小炒無3-4千都落唔到樓,好似我咁樣買嚟加工加埋2千左右啦,大家可以嚟試下呀🥰 continue reading

今晚第二次試二人餐。揀左龍蝦伊面、薑蔥焗蟹、油鹽水蜆、清蒸水上鮮(黃花魚)龍蝦伊面:不過不失,有一隻細龍蝦,面份量好夠多,打包都仲得!油鹽水蜆:第二次試,都係好濃好香,蜆好嫩,好大隻,份量又係食極都有,足夠二人食到夠有突。薑蔥焗蟹:都有一隻,好入味,唔會太咸,勁香!黃花魚:呢個最得,肉滑嫩口,岩岩好…!豉油味好夾條魚,蔥絲調味,蒸得岩岩好,實在發揮得最好嘅質素地理位置唔靚,唔係食過返轉頭嘅,根本未必會試,因為四周圍海景唔係特別靚,以萬聖節當晚人流都咁冷清,真係覺得好淒涼,其實呢間野質素同性價比都好得,冇湯遊客,無賺你幾多。仲勁好服務,俾哂熱毛巾抹手,時常幫手收蟹殼,好好的招待。實在值得推介同一試! continue reading

西貢白沙澳朝聖之旅,我們廿幾個教友,一起去「古道行-白沙澳」朝聖,中午時間就去西貢海鮮街食海鮮。這一間「富雅海鮮酒家」 聲譽是頗好的,最起碼不會劏遊客,而且招呼都殷勤,繁忙時間,店員也不會黑面 ~白灼海蝦 : 在海鮮街 , 海鮮新鮮就是正常,白灼海蝦最講求新鮮,蝦肉爽口彈牙,不用沾豉油已非常好吃 , 沾上豉油也會有提鮮的效果 ~蒜子胡椒湯煮蜆 : 這個真是十分好吃 , 蜆肉鮮味飽滿不在話下,個蒜仔蒜蓉湯真是其靈魂之所在,鮮味無窮也 ~菠蘿咕嚕肉 : 咕嚕汁味道調得很平均 , 不會過酸也不會太甜 , 也不會搶喉, 咕嚕肉雖然未稱得上是很脆口,但也不算頽,水準中上 ~古法蒸鮑魚 : 新鮮鮑魚夠新鮮 , 只要蒸得不過火就必定好吃,這道蒸鮑魚,水準發揮正常 , 雖然沒有驚喜 , 但也沒有什麼好挑剔 ~清蒸三條魚 : 筆者並非是 "好魚" 之人 , 分不清楚是什麼魚類 , 但看到三條魚是不同種類,吃起上嚟味道也不同 , 可以這樣說魚沒有腥味 , 但魚有魚味 ~本篇完 ~ continue reading
