去西貢食海鮮一定想起「天天好海鮮酒家」,之前已經寫過食評,最吸引之處就係食得好放心,唔會食完埋單價錢不似預期。午市同晚市加工費都係一樣,價錢公道無隱藏收費,按人頭收加工費,今次我哋四個人到西貢買海鮮,自來料每碟加工費$75,刺身加工費$120,酒家都可代買海鮮,報價之後實報實銷,去到問返店員,食前了解價錢就食得好放心。⋄ 碼頭艇仔檔 ► 游水方利 (3條) $300❖ 鹽蒸方利 (加工費) $75游水方利唔係成日會遇到,西貢都算多,游水方利咁新鮮又靚,仲要唔細條,當然食蒸啦,撒啲鹽加蔥清蒸,魚肉超滑,魚味勁鮮,如果食炸,可能會俾人笑嘥料唔識食,當然漁民遇到靚魚都係平常事,照炸可也。⋄西貢街市 ► 懵仔魚扒 (1塊) $70❖ 煎封懵仔魚扒 (加工費) $75到街市魚檔買,想要幾厚就切幾厚。魚扒厚肉,簡單煎封已經相當美味,皮脆肉嫩,肉質實在,油份較重,豉油另上。⋄ 碼頭檔 ► 滑仔魚乾 (1袋) $50❖ 薑絲豉油熟油蒸魚乾 (加工費) $75碼頭檔口總會見到有一袋袋魚乾賣,間間唔同,可以問返船家就知係用咩魚曬乾,呢種魚乾唔屬於鹹魚,似一夜干啲friend,唔會曬到乾晒,有少少濕潤,較鹹魚淡口。簡單薑絲豉油蒸,送飯佐酒一流。買一包今次蒸咗一半,一半攞返屋企,放飯面蒸。⋄ 碼頭艇仔檔 ► 大尾魷 (1條) $150❖ 大尾魷刺身 (兩食) (加工費) $120大尾魷係魷魚界中嘅極品,買一隻魷魚兩食,肉身部分刺身,大廚刀工了得,切成大薄片晶瑩透明,勁新鮮,入口柔軟黏黏的口感,強烈鮮甜味,好鍾意,食唔停口。❖ 泰式金沙大尾魷 (兩食) (加工費) $75泰式金沙係呢度獨有嘅style ,用魷魚鬚同埋啲邊位嚟做,醬汁有番茄同埋蛋漿,香辣少少酸甜,熱辣辣好惹味。❖ 羊腩煲 $338冬天就最啱,大煲多料,羊腩入味軟腍,啖啖肉,筋皮位都炆得腍,膠質豐富,完全無羶味,連麻麻地食羊嘅我都食咗好多嚿,枝竹同冬菇吸收晒湯汁嘅精華,最後淥唐生菜。❖ 蒜蓉炒豆苗 $108豆苗翠嫩,口感爽脆,蒜蓉芡汁包裹住每棵菜,熱辣辣夠晒鑊氣。❖ 北菇蒸雞 $88雞件入味,混合北菇、雲耳一齊蒸,醬汁香濃,味道豐富。#天天好海鮮酒家地址:西貢市場街41號地舖 continue reading

今日試完呢間店,真係要上嚟吹吓水!🌟 首先,跟朋友三兩成群嚟到,環境算係清潔企理,坐落得舒服。我哋一行人醉心於它個,外層酥脆嘅椒鹽味好撲鼻,入口後就覺得鮮魷肉質彈牙又爽口。再講講其他菜式,呢,真係砌到唔錯👍,肉質軟熟帶點咸香,簡直係下飯狂魔。話曬,你話唔食兩碗飯都難!至於呢,嫩滑得嚟香氣逼人,我食得停唔到口啊!啱啱得閒仲回味吓個,啖啖肉,鹹酥香脆就係王道!我又點止食左兩碗飯,連隔籬桌嘅人都看得出我嘅開心模樣呀。食飽飲足,仲有生果送上,真係貼心!總括來講,這間店的食物同服務都算係上乘,重點係價錢合理,真係平民天堂之選。下次再嚟,我鐵定要試下佢地嘅奄仔蟹,我哋下次見!🦀🍚🍗 continue reading

呢間海鮮餐廳真係好抵食,價錢又公道,味道又好正。我去嗰陣,試咗豉油皇蝦、墨魚同椒鹽鮮魷,全部都好新鮮好鮮味,令人十分滿足。而且佢地嘅價錢真係非常平民化,非常適合我呢啲啱啱出黎做野無耐既人。餐廳環境都好舒適,令人感到好放鬆。另外,員工都好友善,服務好好,真係幫到我地好多。總括而言,呢間海鮮餐廳係一個非常抵食嘅地方,如果你想食到好味道嘅海鮮同埋唔想花太多錢,咁就一定唔可以錯過呢間餐廳啦! continue reading

成日睇社長遊街市都見社長黎呢間天天好食魚,今日終於有機會一試。我地6個人試左幾道海鮮都好正,價錢都合理。1. 清蒸東星班  蒸得啱啱好  好有水準  豉油好味2. 薑蔥炒鮑魚一片片 容易夾勁好食 3.椒鹽賴尿蝦6人海鮮加工費$85/每碟 加左幾碟小菜同啤酒汽水 連海鮮每人都係$200左右 價錢公道 (試過出面食要貴成倍)雖然呢間餐廳冇自己供應海鮮,但老闆會幫手打電話去街市買新鮮嘅海鮮,真係好貼心。下次再嚟都會再揀呢間啦!記得訂位,因為都好滿。 continue reading
