嗌左個三餸湯飯,魚同肉一齊嗌都唔洗額外加錢,仲有幾條菜送,都係$46。黎到見好大兜餸,碗飯都好大碗,個飯其實都食唔晒。味道就同屋企煮差唔多,餐牌寫無味精味精又真係唔係幾食得出味精性價比高,好抵食! continue reading

呢間野,食過好幾次,食物質素好,湯清甜,白飯煮得好好,重有無限供應辣椒同豉油。論味道論價錢,絕對係優質。佢既豬骨同鯪魚肉都做得好好,新鮮。加錢要既什就一般切得太細。如果用黎煲湯出味的話味道係幾甜既,但食既話就切得太碎。奈何一家成功既食店總會有管理因素窒礙佢既發展。此店侍應態度其差。如果個侍應係老板,就係九記級數。有時好無奈見到一啲食物質素好既店會輸起員工管理上面。不單愧對食客,重愧對左認真做食物的廚房員工。 continue reading

呢間舖頭係我無意間發現嘅一間小店🥰結果食完返尋味,有幾次收工都特登過嚟食🤤🤤🤤呢度日頭夜晚嘅湯飯都一樣價錢,可以揀3個餸,另外仲包一款菜類,平時見開嘅多數都係黃芽白、芥菜、白菜仔莧菜果啲,都幾多款揀!咁樣有菜有肉有湯有飯都只係44蚊~至於其他餸菜,都有幾十款選擇,我通常叫開呢度嘅招牌鹹豬骨,成日都食到忍唔住要用手食先得夠過癮😂另外我通常配開嘅仲有粉腸豬肚鯇魚,豆腐同埋手打鯪魚肉😘 呢啲都係我真心推介俾大家揀嘅餸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻呢度湯底冇乜味精食完都唔會口渴🤣重點係食材新鮮,因為成日夜晚去食飯好多嘢都會賣晒~證明佢唔會要過多嘅食材留返第二日賣,抵讚! continue reading

呢間嘢真係又貴又差,服務態度惡劣,而且時間等好耐,蒸魚飯喺深水埗區來講,等於食晚餐嘅價錢如果呢個價錢有好多選擇,真係唔使揀佢,待應好似老馮唔使做咁樣,咁細間鋪,連俾杯水你都話要自助,而且態度非常惡劣真係唔使食佢! continue reading

平時呢間舖頭我一星期都會幫襯一次,貪佢有清水湯底嘢食清淡,不過佢哋廚房極度混亂, 10次落單有九次都會執漏執錯(真係冇誇張到)好簡單一樣清水湯底豬潤,佢會變咗豬骨湯底加生腸,我同個侍應講返,佢換過碗俾我,但都仲錯,喺廚房有個着黑色衫嘅男人會嬲爆爆咁走出嚟,大大聲聲咁問我:「又邊度錯啊?」差在未講粗口,成間餐廳靜晒,咁我同佢講返,佢一言不發就拎返入廚房,態度極度凶惡😨佢之前已經有前科,今日更加離譜,我叫咗個清水湯底,兩份雞柳,冬瓜,娃娃菜,牛肉,鯇魚湯飯,佢個侍應同我講繁忙時間冇得叫清水湯底,雖然呢啲咁基本嘅嘢都提供唔到仲叫自己湯飯王,咁我都算。兜嘢嚟到,例牌都係錯,首先冬瓜一眼已經睇到漏咗,兩份雞柳疑似變咗一份雞柳,因為平時食開一份嘅雞柳嘅份量同今日食兩份雞柳嘅份量係一樣的。大佬,你漏得冬瓜,我懷疑你雞柳會唔會漏都好正常啫,我就問吓個阿姐「呢度係一份雞柳定兩份雞柳啊?」阿姐即刻着咗,起晒鋼咁話「啲雞柳俾啲菜遮住啫」我平心靜氣咁話「但係平時我叫一份雞柳又係咁多,兩份雞柳又係咁多?」阿姐繼續發癲「喂你咪亂講啊,我而家就入去廚房問吓」然後佢就大大聲聲好似做show咁喺成間餐廳面前問佢裏面個同事「個客問呢度一份雞柳定兩份雞柳喎?」跟住裏面個女員工就話「明明就係兩份,我啱啱執咗兩份」跟住廚房個男人又嬲爆爆咁沖出嚟,拎住碗嘢,問成間餐廳,嬲到爆炸咁問「係邊個話碗嘢有問題啊?」爭在未拎菜刀,全間餐廳靜咗,我唔講我以為我犯咗啲乜嘢彌天大錯,要我公眾認錯咁,咁我咪直接同佢講「你漏咗冬瓜」佢望一望碗嘢,拎返入去,大大聲咁講「個客話漏咗冬瓜,而家加返埋落去咪得囉」然後佢就拎廚房啱啱遞出嚟碗冬瓜,一野倒落去我碗嘢度,好似發晦氣咁,「咁又話咩雞柳一份兩份啊?」跟住嗰幾個侍應好笑,好似做戲咁,阿姐「佢話少咗份雞柳呀嘛」另外女侍應「明明就兩份雞柳」阿姐捧返碗加咗冬瓜嘅湯飯俾我嘅時候,仲要發脾氣,唔係放上我張枱,而係拋上我張枱,碗熱辣辣嘅湯飯仲要喺我面前枱面跣咗吓,真心O咗嘴,碗湯飯咁熱辣辣,你咁樣簡直想攞人命,好彩你冇淥親我,如果唔係我一定會報警。呢度就係價值$16(兩份加餸)嘅兩份雞柳,譚仔一份都多過佢啦下話(?)我就當你成本貴咗,份量細咗,但你冬瓜的確漏咗,一句唔好意思都冇。你班侍應都可以平心正氣解釋返呢度真係兩份雞柳,成班侍應廚房佬過個食咗火藥咁真係好似唔優做咁,當正啲客係乞丐,係犯人,要靠你施捨先有得開飯咁。未食飯已經成肚氣。其實佢份量縮咗水已經唔係第一日嘅事,三個月前叫鯇魚有三舊宜家得兩舊,我都算。坦白講,佢個價錢喺深水埗,唔使食你啦,一個蒸鯇魚飯收$70 ,喺灣仔光鮮茶餐廳都係收$65咋,你呢度深水埗咋,間鋪頭都冇人哋灣仔茶餐廳一半咁大呀,坐有坐得屈質,又要承擔佢整錯嘅風險嘥晒啲時間,仲要受氣,真係唔會再幫襯囉,環顧四周,原來幫襯開嘅都係深水埗基層啲阿伯阿嬸,唔怪得班侍應咁惡啦。 continue reading
