有日放假走咗去旺角東到行街,行到攰就坐低同朋友一齊食嘢,啱啱喺越南去完旅行返嚟仲有啲掛住越南嘅嘢食,就提議不如去food court 食吓越南野我最掛住就係越南嘅牛肉湯河同埋豬頸肉撈檬,呢度嘅越南pho味道一啲都唔差,甚至我覺得比起越南食嘅更啱香港人口味,因為越南食嘅湯河太多芫荽蔥,對於我來講味道太濃,但係依一度嘅湯河部份比較香甜清淡,湯底亦都條配得幾出色,不過牛肉方面就可以再滑一啲豬頸肉撈檬都幾抵讚,因為份量較多而且豬頸肉都幾趣幾新鮮,食落去好友越南嘅風味,仲要配埋特製嘅醬汁點落去食真係好正,而且酸酸甜甜嘅感覺食落去好開胃夏天食就真係啱晒然後仲叫咗一個越式豬扒飯,豬扒亦都係炸得好脆所以佩文酸酸甜甜的醬汁亦都係好開胃,份量亦都好多性價比都幾高下最後我哋仲加咗一個牛油雞翼嘅小食,炸到脆口,熱辣辣食落去好香又有嘅味道而且雞翼亦都好滑食落去都好滿足

就咁睇個樣應該有一款扮豬肉有一款扮牛肉有一款扮雞肉。朋友話深少少色扮牛肉個款口落硬左少少,其餘果兩隻都好好食。而且份量啱啱好。仲有撈檬入面仲有生菜撈埋一齊食感覺好健康,冇咁有罪惡感。

睇完戲,諗住喺Food court搵嘢食。可能已經食厭咗其他西式同日式野,所以大家見到呢間越南菜都好有興趣。一行三人,總共嗌咗兩碗湯粉同三個小食。特式牛湯粉鍾意食牛嘅一定唔可以錯過。越式牛湯粉一定唔少得有生牛肉,拎到埋位仲係半生熟,浸湯食啱啱好,而且食落肉質鮮嫩,非常可口。牛坑腩同埋牛腩邊亦都唔錯。另外牛湯粉入面仲有牛丸、牛柏葉等等。特色雞絲湯粉 兩款湯粉嘅份量都偏大,一個人真係未必食得曬。 雞絲湯粉有手撕雞、鵪鶉蛋同埋手打雞肉丸。越式手打炸蝦餅小食都係即制嘅, 炸蝦餅外皮炸得香脆,入面就好彈牙。越式扎肉串 + 越式炸牛油雞翼扎肉串嘅外皮好香脆而入面嘅浴液加入咗香料食落好有風味。雞翼炸得好香脆,好香牛油味,而且外皮放滿咗蒜片,食落好惹味。

Fuhn Express 越南美食一段時間冇食越南野,今晚同一位朋友心血來潮,在新世紀廣場 food court 內找到一間高質量價錢平的越南粉.兩個人一人一碗越南火車頭粉就一定少不免,一碗生牛肉湯粉,一碗特色牛湯粉,特色嗰碗有: 生牛肉,牛坑腩,牛筋,手打牛丸,牛柏葉。而兩碗湯很所有牛肉都是用安格斯牛肉的,牛肉湯香濃但望絡去非常之清晰,牛肉湯飲落從肉骨味再加一些越南獨有的香料味真係清新香濃,特色牛湯河裡面安格斯牛肉嫩滑香口,牛坑腩的肉質一層層的肥肉非常好味,手打牛丸與眾不同,牛筋香軟滑,牛柏葉白雪雪的。另外仲叫了兩款小食,越南春捲同越南蝦餅,越南春捲鬆脆香口,越南蝦餅真材實料蝦肉彈牙,兩種小食非常之可口高質量價錢平food court裏的越南美食值得一試!

兩個人一人一碗越南火車頭粉就一定少不免,一碗生牛肉湯粉,一碗特色牛湯粉,特色嗰碗有: 生牛肉,牛坑腩,牛筋,手打牛丸,牛柏葉。而兩碗湯很所有牛肉都是用安格斯牛肉的,牛肉湯香濃但望絡去非常之清晰,牛肉湯飲落從肉骨味再加一些越南獨有的香料味真係清新香濃,特色牛湯河裡面安格斯牛肉嫩滑香口,牛坑腩的肉質一層層的肥肉非常好味,手打牛丸與眾不同,牛筋香軟滑,牛柏葉白雪雪的。

係MOKO行行下見餓又想食越南野,於是揀左FOOD COURT內既FUHN’落單後好快手,唔洗十分鐘所有野到齊。燒豬頸肉撈檬 $58豬頸肉輕輕燒過外層,令外層香脆,肉質彈牙,而且多汁。檬粉軟硬適中,配上特製既魚露汁寧舍滋味開胃,而且配菜豐富,有不少醃製籮蔔, 花生, 香蔥等。生牛肉湯河 $52檸粉配牛骨湯後更條條分明,而且配料齊備,可自行加青檸、辣椒、蔥粒等,安格斯牛肉嫩滑、配菜又多,如芽菜、醃製籮蔔、洋蔥。牛油雞翼(4隻) $48牛油味濃郁,炸得香脆,食落會卜卜聲,一咬開,肉汁流出。越式春卷 $32外皮炸得香脆,內裡豬肉碎野味,配搭軟滑粉絲加彈牙雲耳,恰得好處。紙米卷 $38外層米紙煙煙韌韌,內裡包住新鮮蔬菜及爽彈扎肉。兩款小食都有配上魚露汁,更是滋味!

落單後好快手,唔洗十分鐘所有野到齊。

燒豬頸肉撈檬 $58
豬頸肉輕輕燒過外層,令外層香脆,肉質彈牙,而且多汁。
檬粉軟硬適中,配上特製既魚露汁寧舍滋味開胃,
而且配菜豐富,有不少醃製籮蔔, 花生, 香蔥等。

生牛肉湯河 $52
檸粉配牛骨湯後更條條分明,而且配料齊備,
可自行加青檸、辣椒、蔥粒等,

Weekend 旺角真係好多人新世紀(宜家叫moko 但仲未改到口)差唔多所有餐廳都滿晒淨係可以去food court 搵食😭已經唔知自己幾多年冇去過food court,人大左對食物越黎越有要求但太餓既關係都局住要食之前食過銅鑼灣Fuhn express, 記得質素唔錯價錢都算合理,而且$18至$22已經有一個小食我哋三母女好為食咁叫咗三個小食我覺得札肉春卷都唔錯雞翼雖然好香但係好多油主食方面,叫咗一個雞扒撈檬,一個豬頸肉撈檬,一個生牛肉湯河湯河既湯底好正另外兩個撈檬水準同我喺銅鑼灣分店食差不多雖然旺角moko呢間係food court整體食物都比我預期好

Food court有眾多選擇,先圍繞整個food court看看吃什麼好呢,走到最尾段,見到這家越南菜很熟口面,之前曾到過銅鑼灣那家店,所以選這間比較穩陣。生牛肉牛栢葉湯粉:生牛肉片薄薄很快便熟,牛肉帶點油脂,不會太韌咬不開;牛栢葉爽口。湯底味道清淡,帶牛骨味,不會太濃;河粉的份量多,河粉慢慢吸了湯精華,很飽肚,最後友人亦吃不完。特色雞絲湯粉:轉了金邊粉,雞絲及麪條份量都很多,雞肉有鮮味,還有丸子、鵪鶉蛋、洋蔥絲及香料。原來丸子是手打雞肉來的,較為特別,因為平日都很少吃到以雞肉打造成的丸子。扎肉米紙卷:米紙卷材料豐富,滿滿的蔬菜加扎肉條,不過米紙外皮可能放久了,有點硬,旁邊配菜還有酸甜青瓜及蘿蔔絲,蘸點酸辣醬,更加惹味。所有湯麵/飯均送上越式炸春卷,網包春卷,香口鬆脆。
