Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 菠蘿生炒骨係我至愛嘅中式菜式之一,味道偏甜少少,菠蘿好新鮮,雖然放喺外賣盒入邊,但都感覺到揸得好脆,排骨亦肥瘦均勻,幾淋身。
馬來咖喱雞感覺幾正宗,唔會好辣,但好香口,咖喱味香濃,雞件都有好大部分係雞髀,肉質鮮嫩,亦好入咖喱味。
西蘭花炒蚌片蝦球,蝦好大隻結實又彈牙,數量亦唔少,蚌片亦爽脆。
錫紙香菜牛仔肉,比想像中多辣椒,但實際上只是2隻辣椒辣度,牛仔肉算滑。
最好係楊州炒飯及瑤柱金菇妏伊麵,飯炒得乾身,味道適中,材料豐富,就算放喺飯合一陣都唔會變淋身。伊麵亦炒得乾身,煙韌有口感。
又因為係OpenRice 訂位有飛行里數送,不過由我到咗至到埋單離開,店家都未確認我嘅booking....直到埋完單都仲提醒佢哋⋯😓
不過好彩佢哋有部份嘅服務人員態度都好好⋯😅😅
時間尚早,所以餐廳不是很多人。
沙巴蘇鼠約一斤$288
沙巴蘇鼠,原來就是沙巴龍躉,相對來説,價錢就稍貴了點,雖然感覺好像細條了一點,但肉質都好嫩滑。
果皮蒸大連鮑魚6隻$138
大連鮑魚很爽口,以新年的價格,六隻算抵食了。
蔥油走地雞一隻$108
蔥油走地雞,有蔥的香味,夠入味,味道不錯。
蒜蓉炒油麥菜$78
油麥菜炒得很爽口,不會很油膩。
基本醬料都齊話晒係任食唔係高質邊爐,都係教個濃味啲既醬油好啲
任食餐牌唔算出眾但一般打邊爐要有既必食都係度算係咁
任飲方面有汽水同獅威,算係咁啦,自己係櫃拎就可以,仲方便過侍應上
想清少少所以揀左椰子雞湯,雞都算ok
突然有人上一碟蝦,多人啲就有多啲,人頭三隻,蝦質相當緊致Surprise
叫左好多野食,滑牛、菲菜豬肉餃、芝心丸、脆脘魚腩,滑牛好離奇地,又唔滑又無牛味,菲菜豬肉餃唔知做咩用左魚皮餃個皮,味好怪,芝心丸個心ok,但出面好怪,脆脘魚係最最怪魚既野,又怪味又唔知點
跟住仲有雞片、蟹爪棒肉、午餐肉、帆立貝,滑雞片雖然唔算出眾,但仍然穩打穩扎,味道不錯午餐肉就都係咁既味啦,蟹爪棒肉直接啲講就係蟹柳帆立貝。。。。有膽就試
一般我鐘意食滑牛多過肥牛,但今次調轉,因為滑牛完全無牛味,肥牛反而正常唐生菜就。。咪就係都係唐生菜
仲有牛栢葉同炸魚皮,都算正常,好味既,不過大份左啲
加埋粟米、金菇、腐皮,都係同平時打邊爐一樣,我自己就好鍾意食,濃味既湯底亦好挾好好味既
總括黎講,正又唔講得上,但環境相當唔錯,野食要有既都算有,唔好叫啲伏野就ok,138/108仲想點喎,計埋環境,性價比算ok啦不過估唔到大半個場都空既時候,都要趕人走

富臨集團近期的優惠是走地雞或鮑魚,兩款皆吸引。而且小菜的價格亦親民。
蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢,每份只是$26.8。非常足料,適合過過口癮。
喜歡到這酒樓吃飯,因為份量十足。堆得滿滿的涼菜,可以多人分享。
冬瓜盅很足料,內有大量豬肉絲和海鮮。
小菜水準不俗,用料和大廚手藝也不錯。
菠蘿咕嚕肉最出色,口感鬆軟,酸甜美味。
蔬菜很惹味。
鐵板牛肉鑊氣十足。
海味煲有下苦功,材料被煮得很軟滑。
生煎包稍為遜色一點,麵包較厚,肉汁較少。
呢個組合,最啱去酒樓叫番幾味。近近地落去紅磡舊區,享用富臨的晚市優惠。
晚市有幾種唔同的優惠,樣樣都好抵好吸引,但每枱就只可享用一款。喜歡鮑魚的我,當然識揀啦。
至於小菜,選擇亦唔少,有不同風味。
八頭鮑魚只係$26一位,實在非常抵食。如果味道能夠再入味一點,就更出色。
不得不讚呢個前菜,滷水掌翼非常之入味,酸酸甜甜咁,好開胃。
冬瓜盅亦都好足料,一盅足夠六個人食,每人仲分到兩碗添!
其他小菜亦各有各精彩。
整體質素都唔錯,而且價錢亦算幾抵,值得再去的。

八頭鮑魚和冬菇炆得夠晒入味,調味適中,不會過鹹。
海皇燉冬瓜盅
天氣仲係好熱,叫咗個冬瓜盅飲下。一大盅,4個人都差點食唔晒。味道清甜,不油。
豉汁蒸白鱔
白鱔夠新鮮,肉質彈牙,夠肥美,沒有腥味。
竹笙羅漢上素
味道不錯,蔬菜能保持爽脆。最怕又鹹又多芡汁的。
大澳香蝦骨
排骨肥瘦均勻,經蝦醬醃過,特別惹味。炸得夠乾身,配飯食一流。份量比預期多。
生煎菜肉包(6隻)
外層煎得香脆。
西米紅豆沙
起沙的紅豆沙,幾飽都要食埋。
所以今晚就去左食富臨╮(╯▽╰)╭ 仲記得以前成日去飲茶😂
起菜前叫左個白肺湯
呢個白肺湯好好飲,好清甜, 仲要好多料!白肺洗得好乾淨, 一啲腥臭味都冇。 再叫左個蠔皇汁燴鮑魚食下先,鮑魚做得好入味, 本身鮑魚已經好香好鮮, 仲要燴得咁入味, 難以抵擋
之後就order左以下3 味
豉汁蒸白鱔
鱔唔大條,但係蒸得好好食, 鱔本身好甜, 肉爽滑, 豉汁調配得好夾味, 十分好!
脆皮豬手
我就最鐘意食脆口野, 富臨做呢隻脆豬手既皮十分香脆, 豬手肉又十分入味,肉質結實, 幾重口感確係正!
好難得大集團有呢一種突破,無固步自封。
濃湯鮮竹浸皇帝苗
正常口味,味道上唔差的。
我將個重點放係size上面。 坦白說,去酒樓食菜唔係擔心個味道, 而係,菜咁平, 你唔會幾廿蚊比幾條我掛? 呢樣野先最令人卻步!
但今日碟菜食到我地超滿足, 夠分量,滿足哂一纖維量啊!╮(╯▽╰)╭

好大碟而且皇帝苗好嫩,食左肉肉可以食番多D菜無咁罪惡感
嘩,非常吸引,我見到燒鵝已感覺垂涎欲滴。
現在是晚上8時多應該都是食飯時間,裡面人不是很多,隻有幾圍枱的人。
富臨的裝修真所謂中西合璧。中國式的紅地氈配上西式的裝飾,非常清雅。
極品燒鵝皇例牌 $1元。
經過燒烤的特有的金金黃黃帶啡的顔色,非常吸引,真是十分期待。
廚房出菜前已將醬汁淋到燒鵝上,導致燒鵝皮帯淋,醬汁十分咸。燒鵝皮雖不是很脆,但是肉質夠淋滑,十分入味。
花膠北菇鵝掌煲$108。
花膠雖然比較薄,但有4件,都算抵食,冬菇也有4件,十分厚肉,有少少𡁻口。鵝掌非常淋滑,但整個花膠北菇鵝掌煲味道非常淡,就像沒有調味一樣。
添加了2個白飯$20,再加酸菜$10,加茶位$20,要了個膠袋$0.5,再加一。共$175.5
味道雖然有少少遜於預期,但十分抵食哦。

Never again! I'm lucky to be alive, this was like Saving Private Ryan or Hacksaw Ridge, it was a warzone! the waitress tries to shoot you, the chef plants a land mine in your food. whenever a dish lands on your table everyone dives away from table : GRENADE!!!!!!
I feel sorry for the staff that have to listen to the complaints. The management is clearly at fault here. The chefs have given up.
