Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 昨天,我們farewell一個同事,於是就請他到酒樓食lunch , 我們選了富臨皇宮,一來位置近公司,二來這間酒樓出品算唔錯。我們到達後,點了一些點心,籠仔荷葉班片飯和海皇瑤柱泡飯。點心有酥炸鵝肝, 雖然賣相不錯,但鵝肝的味道一般,中式鵝肝畢竟有點腥味,而且酥炸始終油膩,所幸的是飲茶能夠沖淡點油膩感。接著是煎薄罉,薄罉皮厚身點,個人覺得薄罉皮薄較好味,但亦有人覺得薄罉皮厚身會較飽肚, 跟著來的點心是牛肉燒賣,酥皮叉燒包,牛肉腸等,味道適中。這裏比較有驚喜的是籠仔荷葉班片飯,班腩片很新鮮雪白,籠仔飯香氣四溢,因為有蒜蓉,蔥花等配料襯托,飯吸收了這些配料和荷葉清香,香味繞舌,味道一流。至於海皇瑤柱泡飯也是不俗之選, 泡飯內有魷魚, 魚片,冬瓜,冬菇,瑤柱等配料,用料很足夠,泡飯則硬身了點,但湯底很清甜,令人愛不釋手,亦令第一次食泡飯的我對這款飯的食法有一個很好的印象。總括而言, 這間酒樓中午餐食物質素可以,價錢亦算合理。

尋晚慶祝阿婆生日,之前黎開上手個間東翡翠,食物質素唔錯既,但唔知點解近來執左,開左呢間富臨皇宮,因為阿婆年紀大行動不便,所以近近地都要黎食。叫得皇宮,裝修係有返咁上下,水晶吊燈淺花色牆紙,叫做光猛舒服。因為套餐唔太岩食,所以散叫,各檯自己叫自己既菜,我地叫左半隻燒鵝、半隻雞、生炒骨、班腩煲、沙薑雞腳、滷水鵝翼、薑汁芥蘭、蝦煲、其他唔係好記得啦。大部份食物質素好普通,雞同鵝都過咸,芥蘭一d薑汁味都無,最離譜個班腩煲,無汁整熟再係咁易淋左少少汁係面,完全唔平均,有D有汁有D又無,晒曬。服務可能新開,唔叫唔做,侍應部長成日係客面前嘈,最後個知客走埋黎問D野得唔得,我地照直講太咸,佢居然唔係話會改善,而係話成場得你地話D野食咸咋喎,講到我地老屈佢咁,又要扮聽意見,又要唔認衰,呢餐雖然我剩係黎食唔使比錢,但質素咁差下年真係去遠少少都唔會再黎。
