呢一間北角嘅富臨皇宮,出咗名多福建人幫襯,8月11號,中午12點,我路過上址, 於是就上去外買一個"福建炒飯"畀我呢一個朋友食,而我呢個朋友,就係啱啱8月11號由福建蒲田受聘嚟香港工作5小畤嘅朋友。我就買咗兩個福建炒飯一齊食,佢一盒我一盒。福建炒飯,個飯明顯用豉油炒過,都有少少雞蛋但係唔多,餸料唔係好豐富,但係都有啲蝦粒、火腿、菇、紅蘿蔔、瘦肉、菜粒,基本上所有餸料都食得出好大陣雪藏味,而且個芡汁好咸,個飯都係好咸。如果係一般茶餐廳嘅話,我勉強會收貨,但係要知道呢一間係酒家,唔係茶餐廳 ;我同朋友超失望。

北角富臨酒家除了堂食有兩層外,還有地下外賣部。大部分點心無論蒸或炸只賣$12一籠,少部分賣$18,最貴的是蝦餃賣$20、腸粉賣$22。蒸飯大大碗,有三款選擇,全部都是賣$20,所以很快便會賣清。今天買了豉汁蒸鳯瓜及鮑汁鮮竹卷,兩樣共$24,份量足又够熱十分抵食。鳳瓜配花生炆得腍滑,加入一兩片红辣椒,微微辣帶起蒜蓉豉汁醬味道,非常好吃。鮮竹卷的腐竹爽滑,饀有肉椰菜調味適中,另配上兩條青豆,有賣相有質數。

今天買了豉汁蒸鳯瓜及鮑汁鮮竹卷,兩樣共$24,份量足又够熱十分抵食。
鳳瓜配花生炆得腍滑,加入一兩片红辣椒,微微辣帶起蒜蓉豉汁醬味道,非常好吃。
