To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 和幾位長輩在黃大仙富臨酒家晚膳,由於長輩行動不便。所以選擇這個地區。(住附近)看到食評都是強調這間服務態度非常差,但係黃大仙中菜選擇不是太多,諗住富臨都有返咁多年應該過得去?!可惜真如所有食評所說,服務態度差得很,長輩們不知道「特價」食品只可以四選一,挑選兩款即刻給部長責罵!!她說:大佬話四選一睇唔睇到啊?其實有需要這個服務態度嗎?整晚都是10台8台客人,服務員們檢討吓一下自己的態度啦!!!之後我們想加餸,見端餸出來的姐姐順道問她一聲我們想加餸,她即刻很惡死地說:我送菜㗎咋你叫第二個啦,明唔明呀?其實未妳都係代表富臨嘅職員,調返轉頭說一句等一等我叫同事幫手不是更好嗎?香港好難再起飛,服務人員持續這種態度政府做任何嘢。真的、真的幫助不大!本來好心情地吃一餐,給一眾服務員弄得勁不愉快!食物的相片也沒有心情拍了。其實我都堅持支持香港,支持本地飲食。但這些服務員卻改變了我的思想是時候到內地探測吓是否真如人說服務態度好,價錢平,😅P.S 富臨食過幾間、全部也是一致服務態度超劣、不知是老闆要求,定公司製造規定?為什麼可以咁一致「差」!?!?一定不會再有下次,不過可能佢哋自身覺得一D都不是問題、妳食就食、不食也吧 continue reading

我食開(石門)富臨,趁住放假帶媽去黃大仙廟,見網上多人讚(黃大仙分店)多like咪去試下囉,點知出奇地。。。。。。差,無下次。6月10日14:00去到全場得一半滿,檯布多處黑跡明顯無換,劃單不夠1分鐘就有點心到,仲要係一定不是我點的,明顯入錯單拒收。。。。幾分鐘後又錯送,依次仲離譜,我叫一碟4個的煎堆,竟然屈我叫2碟,我即走去收銀叫佢攞番我的劃單睇,佢無搵過亦唔肯睇,明顯心知係佢自己入錯,跟住問我劃咗咩,我叫佢print比我睇,原來入多2樣不知明點心,估計好多客都係不知情比多咗錢,後來聽到隔離檯又係咁。講番已去剩一半客,當時只是14:30送嚟點心凍。漏單。入錯晒單。車仔明顯有3樣點心係我檯號,傳菜只攞其中一樣煎腐竹卷放低,但車仔就泊在我傍,跟住攞埋其他點心去其他檯。。。。連喼汁。回來我提傳菜仲有2個點心在車未比我,佢竟然答我:我知,我睇到呀。聽到真係火都嚟。跟住問佢攞車上喼汁仲唔理我推走。。。。我火都嚟,指住傳菜同部長講,傳菜竟然答:係呀,我點解要比喼汁佢,連客和部長都鬧,部長都嬲,唔比面,車仔明明有都唔比客,部長話我記低佢扣薪。無下次。完。 continue reading

星期六中午去到酒樓,見到現場淨係坐咗三份一客,門口嗰個接待態度麻麻,黑口黑面。去到枱嗰度嗰個叫侍應(佢d同事叫佢做阿清)開茶,個侍應都已經唔耐煩,直接將啲餐具同埋餐牌飛過嚟。之後叫佢落單,佢詐睇唔到,我哋反而問我哋後面嗰枱客飲咩茶,我哋嗰張點心紙完全冇人收,嗰個阿清全程掂行掂過。我要行到去大半個場搵另外一個侍應收張點心紙,先叫落到單。而右手邊另一枱客人都話個侍應唔理佢。俾錢買難受,佢生意唔好都唔係冇原因。如果真係執笠,都唔怪得人。 continue reading
