Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 又差唔多到大閘蟹季尾唔食就要等下年先再有得食前排試咗2小時大閘蟹片皮鴨放題 $498/位(2位起)有3款大閘蟹可以任食 清蒸大閘蟹、花雕蒸大閘蟹、油鹽焗大閘蟹大閘蟹唔算好大隻 不過都幾多膏每隻都有白膏 比較黏口油鹽焗好重蔥油香金陵片皮鴨都係任食外皮都幾脆 可以包青瓜同蔥絲食金湯小米燴燕窩、蟹粉扒豆苗蠔皇原隻鮑魚、回味欖角骨燴燕窩同鮑魚係每人一客鮑魚同花菇都幾大件欖角骨係炸過 好脆調味都幾香小食涼菜主食甜品都係任食小食涼菜都係偏酸辣 可以開胃解膩高山耳、沙薑豬手、青瓜都唔錯主食有包同飯麵 不過太飽冇點試甜品有紅棗糕、桂花糕同布甸紅棗糕即叫即蒸 食落好煙靭食完蟹一定要飲返杯薑茶 continue reading

好耐無食大閘蟹,臨住求其搵間食,點知中大伏!兩個人食,一坐底諗住嗌住4隻蟹先,唔夠先再嗌。點知個阿姐黎攞紙,就話4隻夠嗱?我諗阿姐可能怕麻煩,怕我地會嗌幾次,咁最後就嗌左6隻。啲蟹一上,望落都正常,但一開就發現無乜膏。咁都算,成隻蟹無論係啲膏定啲肉都係無味!我係唔知自己食左啲咩!一啲蟹味都無!😥😥😥我只可以係度同阿姐講,啲蟹唔好話4隻,嗌1隻我都嫌多。我食完第1隻係用抽獎嘅心態去食埋剩底嗰幾隻,睇吓會唔會抽到隻好食嘅,點知係無呀!一隻都無呀!😂其他野食好似蟹粉扒豆苗同小米湯嗰啲都只可以話唔難食,係得片皮鴨同紅棗糕入得口。兩位埋單$1137, 食完好似無食過咁,一肚氣。 continue reading
