To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為支付寶做推廣九蚊一隻乳鴿,所以專程去試一試,乳鴿調味不錯但係唔熱。我地一坐低唔識用個優惠就問侍應點樣可以攞到優惠,跟住侍應話要去收銀嗰度畀錢, 咁就去咗收銀問點樣用優惠, 個收銀當時黑口黑面咁叫我自己起個支付寶到度畀錢, 跟住我起個支付寶畀咗好耐都畀唔到錢,佢又無啦啦畀個qr code我買coupon, 跟住我搞咗好耐都搞唔到, 再問多次佢點搞,佢就話如果我買咗個coupon就會畀兩次錢,唔多想理我,勁黑面,語氣又差 後期我哋煩咗佢好耐, 佢就叫我哋坐低,跟住埋單之後用支付寶畀錢就得。咁即係佢一早就知道點樣畀錢 ,又扮唔識 ,好似好想趕客走,唔想做生意咁,從來未見過收銀咁黑面, 我哋唯有叫多一個餸就馬上走人, 就算間公司啲嘢食點好食,有咁嘅收銀都係趕客走, 以往多數人都投訴侍應服務態度差, 這一間店竟然喺收銀態度惡劣, 全程語氣差黑口黑面同佢講唔該都唔應 真係忠告一啲客人,如果受唔到氣就唔好去呢間店食嘢
