To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食到中途,同枱搭枱的夫婦食完去埋單,恐怖事就發生喇....
一位女侍應竟然拿枱上的餐牌去括枱面的垃圾(那是茶客口中吐出來的骨)
天啊,好惡心,咩年代呀?仲有人用呢招?
佢用完就咁插番係枱面,咁有人要睇餐牌,希不是成手口水???
後來我將事件從電郵反應給富臨酒家知,得出來的回覆竟然話佢地電郵系統有故障,我的留言上達唔到.....
有冇攪錯呀?咁大間酒家,攪個 .COM 出來係廢嘅
希望酒家改善

當日和另一位同事率先來到點菜
看到那富麗堂皇的裝潢
有很多水晶燈和場邊的玻璃影照下
整個場地都很閃爍
我們都覺得很適合搞婚宴呢
兩個炒粉麵飯
轉盤也都放得滿滿的
薄薄的炸皮
還可以咬到魷魚的煙韌
蝦肉爽口彈牙, 皮薄薄的
有好味的, 當然也有難吃的
同樣是椒鹽的椒鹽多春魚就不太行了
炸皮太厚, 待涼了才吃, 更見油膩
我們本以為會有豬頸肉, 春卷, 蝦餅的時候
才發現它原來是個甜品的泰式拼盤
有綠色的拉椰糕, 紅色的拉椰糕, 椰汁西米糕, 椰汁紅豆糕, 還有螢光粉紅色的雜果啫喱
我吃了其中的椰汁西米糕
發覺甜味超重手的
其他口味, 同事吃後的評價都是一樣的
甜得不能接受 ...
