To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常差!唔明點解仲會有人食,貼錢買難受!
出去食好野當然食到盡!鮑魚只係$9.8,怎能夠不叫呢?溏心鮑魚滋味而且又嚼口!味道濃郁!
夏天食個冬瓜盅,消暑又解渴!而且好多海鮮,個湯都真係解渴又好飲!
海參花菇肉掌煲,味道好出色!冬菇燜到好淋,啖啖肉而且juicy,配埋小棠菜就更清爽!
最有驚喜一定係呢個大澳香烤骨,一上台就已經香氣四溢,係蝦醬味道阿!媽媽味道阿!氣味同味道有事定唔辛苦,但呢一個香烤骨骨就非常入味,一咬落去就噴汁,蝦醬味圍繞口腔!真係非常好食!
食咗咁多肉,來個泰王蝦球通菜,蝦球彈牙,而且好香!
最後當然要食大大個生煎包啦!有大大舊肉,又有肉汁,上面嘅芝麻有好香,飽足感十足!
海皇燉冬瓜盅
- nice soup with lots of ingredients (shrimp, meat, mushrooms, etc.). Came in a big pot, soup was nice and hot. Always good to have some winter melon soup in the hot summer months 😋
海參花菇玉掌煲
- the duck feet and mushroom were very tender, very easy to eat. Sea cucumber has a pretty decent texture and flavor.
泰皇蝦球炒通菜
- Water spinach is one of my favorite vegetables, very nicely cooked, not too spicy or salty.
大澳香蝦骨
- this dish is a must-eat! Very nice smell of the shrimp paste, meat is very tender and the pork is fried to just right. Goes extremely well with rice 😍😍
蠔皇八頭鮑扣金錢
- there’s a special promotion for the abalones, limited to one per person. Abalone is nicely cooked, texture is nice!

鮑魚爽口彈牙、鮑汁好濃、炆得幾入味、冬菇都大隻好爽口。
鐵板雙蔥爆手切牛肉
洋蔥炒得有鑊氣、好香帶甜、手切牛肉較有咬口但唔韌、有點像牛𦟌、不錯。
金銀蛋莧菜份量很多呢、仲有我喜歡吃的蒜子
金銀菜燉白肺湯清清地、湯料亦很足。
參觀完一輪就落去晚飯

因為有好多超抵食既小菜揀!
叫了原隻走地雞, 牛仔骨, 蝦球通菜, 海參花菇玉掌煲加個金銀菜燉白肺湯~一定夠食~
不過都有泰式咸香味, 合格!
足料! 又夠濃味~ 飲完都冇口乾! 好味 !

呢碟蒸鱔,份量好大,蒸鱔軟滑無比,加上啲豆豉汁,好滋味,而且蒸鱔嘅皮爽滑彈牙,我媽咪不停讚不絕口。
呢度嘅中菜真係價廉物美又實惠,啱晒一眾嘅街坊過嚟一家大細品嚐,而且味道唔會好濃,亦都唔覺得好多味精,簡直係平民價既享受。
晚市餐牌有兩款震撼推介,必點!由於只可以二選一,我們點了蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢。
四人份量的鮑魚以一個砂窩上,鮑魚炆得夠腍,冬菇好厚肉,食物質素無將貨就價。
金銀菜燉白肺好大窩,侍應替我們把湯料放在一大碟上,有菜干、雞肉、白肺、南北杏等。
湯很算清,一窩湯夠4-5人用。
生煎菜肉包軟熟
金銀蛋莧菜佐飯一流,莧菜頗嫩
鐵板雙蔥爆手切鮮牛肉
牛肉用上牛𦟌,好有牛味;洋蔥好有鑊氣
豉汁蒸鱔,鱔肉偏腍,未夠彈牙
六點半來到,客人唔多,我哋一行六人任坐。
餐牌上的選擇都多,還有超值晚飯套餐供選擇。
喺呢個時候,六姨拎咗張 coupon 出來,原來係 $28 可以食一隻果皮蒸南非鮑魚,好似好抵食喎。
於是向女侍應落單,點一個$888套餐和每人一隻蒸鮑魚。女侍應好似未瞓醒咁,望著張 coupon 發傻,回應我哋唔知張 coupon 可唔可以用,我向她說明了一番,她都係唔多明,還走去問她的經理查詢,等了成個字,她才回來說可以使用 coupon。
套餐碟碟都很大份,唔怪之得菜單上註明 “供 6-8位用”。

侍應一次過上晒四個餸之後,基本上無理過我哋。想加水、加茶、換碟,都無人理。
當再有侍應來時,是來上冬瓜盅和雜菜煲。
分完湯之後,又閃晒人。好彩,個冬瓜盅都好足料,仲可以每人再添一碗。
果皮蒸南非鮑魚:
每隻鮑魚都好大隻、厚肉、新鮮。$28一隻的確抵食。
不過,好離譜嘅係,餸菜、湯都未食完、未飲完,另一個侍應就上埋個甜品來,又唔幫我哋換碟,想點先?! 我哋點樣食你個桂花糕呀?
呢個餐勝在大份,招呼就嘛嘛。
脆皮叉燒包 - 麵包皮好似麥西哥包/菠蘿包香脆, 甜甜地的包皮與內𥚃咸咸地的叉燒一起吃, 味道提升不少。
香麻流沙包 - 麻蓉餡夠熱和流出來, 但不會太甜。
特色煎腸粉 - 腸粉皮煎得香脆, 內裡亦有叉燒餡料, 不油膩。
鮮竹卷 - 不會很多芡汁, 味道鲜甜, 餡料爽口。
鮮竹牛肉球 - 喼汁和牛肉一直都係好夾, 牛肉球內有馬蹄粒, 令囗感清爽, 亦不是很油膩。
蟹籽燒賣皇 - 雖然燒賣皇賣相尚算大粒, 但咬落去口感比較𣺉, 肉質欠缺彈牙。
一邊食一邊飲茶, 總覺茶味比較淡, 於是叫侍應加點茶葉。
這午餐消費只是$141.50, 居然都可以簽賬, 這點是我最估計不到的。
