To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老友話平時間中都有食開,好味又抵食,上到黎見到依度裝修得都唔錯,樓底高空間寬闊燈火通明,環境又乾淨衛生,而且侍應又會主動幫我地沖茶換碟。再望一望餐牌,發現原來依家酒樓食飯仲抵食過去大排檔。
蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢:
依個鮑魚煲真係抵食到不得了!每人份只係收你$9.8!你無睇錯,係$9.8!收你咁嘅價錢就可以享用到八頭鮑魚扣花菇,淨係咁已經值回票價!雖然係鮮鮑魚,但食落都煙靭有嚼口,而且都好入味!而隻花菇真係夠晒大隻厚身,又夠香,最後煲底有西蘭花,索埋啲鮑油味道一流!
菠蘿咕嚕肉:
黎得酒樓食飯,又點可以唔叫咕嚕肉呢?依到嘅咕嚕肉嘅醬汁調製得岩岩好,食落唔會嗆喉,酸酸甜甜開胃到不得了,大人細路都岩食!而且件肉仲係好脆身,即點即炒唔會放到軟淋淋。而佢份量亦好足夠。
泰皇蝦球炒通菜:
出街成日都食椒絲腐乳通菜,好食但食到悶!依味泰皇蝦球炒通菜,用咗大量蝦乾及鮮蝦球去炒,個汁有少少辣辣地,食落好惹味又有特色!
生煎菜肉包:
依個生煎包雖然係等得比較耐,但因為佢係即點即煎,所以上檯個時係熱辣辣!個生煎包底面都煎得好香口,而裡面嘅肉又保持到好有肉汁,一啖咬落去令人相當滿足!
炎炎夏日梗係叫反個冬瓜湯嘆下先啦,今日我哋叫咗呢個冬瓜盅,消暑一流呀,唔好睇小佢係一個普通嘅冬瓜盅啊,入面嘅材料十分之豐富,有蝦,有冬菇,仲有蟹柳,最重要最重要嘅係入邊仲會有乾瑤柱架,而且冬瓜不停出水份量都好多架,差唔多可以不到成10碗,而且味精唔多消暑解渴真係一流。 嘩嘩嘩,呢個蒸鱔真係不得了,鼓汁夠晒味,而且鱔身好爽口又彈牙,最重要嘅係佢嘅份量10分之多,食到我哋有少少流流地。 好大隻鮑魚啊,仲要份量10分之多,有成四隻,鮑魚唔細㗎, size仲大過一隻匙羹,炆得好入味,下邊仲會有啲大冬菇薦底,冬菇好厚身夠晒火候,配上西蘭花可以中和返,個汁打得十分之出色,用黎送飯一流。
不得不讚嘅係佢哋嘅服務十分之好,依家啲酒樓都好少可以搵到人斟茶遞水㗎啦,但係呢度嘅服務員可以好充足咁幫我地斟茶遞水,而且一搵人就已經有人到,總好過一啲嘅酒樓叫極都無人應你。
冇呢枝歌仔唱,但富臨係我飲過抵食、好食既酒家。
下午茶,長期多人,勝在地方夠大,容納到好多枱客,等十零分鐘就入得。
服務員好親切,都係姨姨級。每周見到,已經會同你打招呼。

呢款真係每次必點,唔多地方有大大隻煎堆食喇!熱乎乎炸起,入面好煙un,濃濃南瓜味。好好好味
熱辣辣既乳甲呀$18隻咋,去大排擋食都$38啦 真係抵食到飛起!最緊要係好味,燒到岩岩好,好香脆。
平時飲開茶既蝦餃,閒閒地都34十,但$18籠,已經滿載鮮蝦肉,皮薄餡靚大推
點多幾籠都唔肉赤!
另外值得一讚係佢既咸水角呀!唔係炸定架,即叫即整,睇顏色就知冇反炸!食到飽實既咸水角真係好滿足。
廉價價錢,但食到滿滿誠意我會每周都黎架!

反而所謂低級既仲會做下野,落張單都玩左半個鐘,仲要又返轉頭乜都話冇,又話經濟差,個個都唔想做咁!
菠蘿生炒骨: 生炒骨數量多,味重,酸酸甜甜咁,但炸粉多,食到既肉相對少。 木桶鼓油雞: 明明之前食過,$1一隻,宜家要$18一隻,18倍!但不得不讚,每件雞相當有豉油味,咸度適中,豉油唔會偏咸,而每件雞都啖啖肉,肉質好滑,食落味道同走地雞好相似! 蟲草花浸翡翠苗: 個湯比較寡,無乜味,蟲草花浸得唔夠林,都係有少少硬身,又唔爽口。翡翠苗份量多,不過不失。 豉汁蒸白鱔: 白鱔太細舊,無乜肉,咬兩啖就無了,Sad...但鱔肉尚算幾脆,肉味鮮,唔知係咪新鮮鱔魚呢?伴碟豉汁味算幾重,加返兩分咁啦! 大良雙皮奶: 呢度既 糖水真係真心好味同抵食!出色過好多糖水舖。我叫左大良雙皮奶,熱呼呼蒸起,貼心地外面仲有層保鮮紙包住!拆開保鮮紙,就聞到香濃奶味,雙皮奶做得幾企身,唔會一食就散開晒,甜度亦岩岩好。最重要係奶味夠重!好香好滑! 唔係要收茶錢,加一,我實成日黎食 糖水!不過提一提,呢度無free parking的,不過隔離都有停車場,$10一個鐘算合理吧!
