To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚阿輝哥生日,一大班人出去慶祝生日,成班屯門人去富臨開餐啦喂!呢間富臨出名無乜人,唔使book位都可以入得!因為我地有BB車,侍應比左個方便出入既位我地!菠蘿生炒骨: 生炒骨數量多,味重,酸酸甜甜咁,但炸粉多,食到既肉相對少。木桶鼓油雞: 明明之前食過,$1一隻,宜家要$18一隻,18倍!但不得不讚,每件雞相當有豉油味,咸度適中,豉油唔會偏咸,而每件雞都啖啖肉,肉質好滑,食落味道同走地雞好相似!蟲草花浸翡翠苗: 個湯比較寡,無乜味,蟲草花浸得唔夠林,都係有少少硬身,又唔爽口。翡翠苗份量多,不過不失。豉汁蒸白鱔: 白鱔太細舊,無乜肉,咬兩啖就無了,Sad...但鱔肉尚算幾脆,肉味鮮,唔知係咪新鮮鱔魚呢?伴碟豉汁味算幾重,加返兩分咁啦!大良雙皮奶: 呢度既糖水真係真心好味同抵食!出色過好多糖水舖。我叫左大良雙皮奶,熱呼呼蒸起,貼心地外面仲有層保鮮紙包住!拆開保鮮紙,就聞到香濃奶味,雙皮奶做得幾企身,唔會一食就散開晒,甜度亦岩岩好。最重要係奶味夠重!好香好滑!唔係要收茶錢,加一,我實成日黎食糖水!不過提一提,呢度無free parking的,不過隔離都有停車場,$10一個鐘算合理吧!
