這潮州菜餐廳在今年2月開業,碰上世紀疫情,有點可惜!眼望裝修高級,在以前金牛苑的位置,面向中環最美麗的風景。疫情中午市$280全包,90分鐘放題,有機會要來一試,水準些高!

位於海港城內的飯館,是朋友介紹之必食食餐廳之一,襯著今晚同朋友出開尖沙咀,一於試一試,位置都算容易搵。門口有好大個飯館招牌。由於疫症關係,平時朋友話呢間會坐滿人,今日比較少人,只有5-6台客。我地4人坐左可以望到窗邊位,見住個維港景食飯真係嘆食物之餘嘆環境。一開始上左個胡椒豬肚湯,好飲,胡椒味足夠,豬肚都好好食,下面有蠟燭熱住碗湯可以慢慢細味都唔怕凍滷水鵝件併鵝肝 -鵝件好淋好入味,滷水味岩岩好,下面墊左豆腐,豆腐口感食落就比較老,仲有鵝肝係一大舊㗎,好食北海道帶子炒介蘭 - 一上菜時見到d帶子超勁大粒介蘭好爽口又入味, Good!黑毛豬肉餅 - 一望真係估唔到係咩,黑蚊蚊咁,一食又幾過癮,上面舊魚加埋個肉餅食落又幾夾喎干炒和牛寸半河 - 個名奇奇怪怪咁,就叫左黎試下,原來係每條牛河都長半寸🤣係好粗身既河粉,和牛炒河,聽落好富貴,食落勁滋味同埋炒得夠火喉蠔仔粥 - 見到d蠔都溜口水🤤蠔算大粒又新鮮4個人除番開大約每人5百蚊左右,環境舒適,有好大個落地玻璃望到出面海景,食物有質素,用既都係貴價食材,最岩幾個朋友一齊去食飯吹水慶祝

帶同九十多歲的家人在疫情下晚餐輕鬆下,試個牛肋肉、糖醋麵、炸子雞、菇菇芥菜。食客不多,四五桌、服務很好,味道也不錯,可惜忘記拍照,已把食物通通吃光,下次再拍照吧!要再來!

這餐館裝修和景觀不錯,也反映在食物價錢和每位25元茶芥。高於大家平時工作午餐價錢。
回到食物,質素是不錯,二十多款點心都算普通款,蠔烙好吃,大家最喜歡是個炒意形粉,形狀似米的pasta,口感特別和都幾好味。都值得一試。
