紅菜頭乾果乳酪沙律平時食紅菜頭,嗰陣草青味最難頂,但係加咗乳酪之後,即時唔同晒!裏面仲有一些芒果粒、乾果、提子乾,頓時食慾大增!而且顏色鮮艷,真是色香味俱全啊!!火炙原隻西班牙紅蝦配薯茸🦐西班牙紅蝦本身已經是一種高質素的食材,一般出面嘅餐廳好少可以食到!紅蝦比我隻手還要大隻。廚司只係將蝦身輕輕炙一炙,保留肥滿蝦膏,鮮味濃郁撲鼻,亦能夠食到食材本身的鮮甜,肉質爽滑,亦帶有小小燒烤的風味。香煎乾式熟成西班牙肉眼放在特定的雪櫃內,必須維持在0-3度,經過20天的風乾,把肉汁完全封所在肉內,使肉質更香濃,是廚師的誠意推介,很難在其他餐廳食到啊⋯⋯
