古斯米其實係一種中東嘅米,加埋紅椒青椒茄子碎撈埋一齊,帶點兒辣,濕濕潤潤,雖然佢個樣整整齊齊,不過食嘅時候要小心因為佢一啲都唔實,會散開,一不小心就一枱都係了。

慢煮昆布牛小排,有點raw,牛味濃郁,昆布和蔥嘅味道都係口裏面慢慢滲出,都幾好食。兩者相比的話,我會比較喜歡牛小排。

今日的主菜是燴牛面肉配紅酒汁,同樣用咗低溫慢煮嘅方法,所以真係非常嘅軟腍,但又唔會散開,更加估唔到嘅係底部選用了芹菜蓉,而非薯蓉,吃落口感冇咁杰身,而且也來得健康,是頗為特別的選材。

食埋甜品就完成六個菜了,我哋當然繼續慢慢傾偈享受呢個寧靜又神秘嘅地方,今晚真係一個幾特別嘅晚上。

P.S.:起初跟住地址行到山林道第50號,之後就跳咗第54號,行來行去也看不見第52號環海大廈在哪裏,後來問人才知道要經過54號後面的一條小巷走進去,樓梯上去就會見到一間西餐廳,再從左邊的小路行進去就會找到G place了,所以真係相當隱蔽呢!

餐廳話所有醬汁都係餐廳自行調較,所以味道更加濃郁而不膩☺️☺️見到每粒通心粉都細細粒,我同朋友都有研究點解會咁細粒㗎呢?🤔因為市面真係見唔到!我哋終於忍唔住問吓餐廳負責人,佢就表示係每粒通粉都逐一切細,令到咬口更加彈牙之餘,仲令每粒通粉都可以滲入醬汁味道添😋😋

💖Main course:煙燻伊比利亞豬
西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬擁有野豬血統,所以肉質較鬆化,肉味亦都較濃🐷黑毛豬嘅脂肪分佈如大理石紋、油潤甘香,肉嫩多汁,口感味道遠勝一般豬扒,屬高級餐廳食材🤩😍雖然每片豬肉都好厚身,但係係一D都唔韌❗️❗️❗️每啖都有啖啖煙燻味道,但又唔會太乾身👍👍👍

Cold appetiser was couscous salad which made up of onions and cucumbers, it opened our appetites for the upcoming food.But what really amazed us were their soups. The staff told us their lobster bisque was made with real lobsters instead of lobster powder, which tasted creamy and smooth😍 Fresh Corn Cream Soup was equally nice as well, you would feel that it was coming from fresh corn instead of those canned one in the supermarket

Next dish is the Lumache Pasta with Fresh Mushroom. This dish is actually quite special, the pasta was with a strong flavour of garlic and herbs.

And our favourite dish of the night goes to cochinillo - Roasted Suckling Piglet!!!! The skin was so crispy that i almost wanna scream🤫Given that, the meat inside was still tender and juicy. Honestly speaking, 3 pieces were not enough and I wanna ordered more and more😂 The dish one the cover is baked cod fish loin with tomato sauce, the chef made their own tomato sauce😱the surface of fish tasted a bit crispy as well with the balance of sweet taste of tomato! Delicious!!

Thanks again for the excellent service and delicate presentation of food, will revisit again in the future!

日本超甜粟米,加咗少少煙肉,濃味好飲!

餐廳自己入一箱箱龍蝦,將龍蝦磨成湯,自家研製做出超滑嘅口感!好Creamy好飲!


【鮮菇通心意粉】
睇落簡單但好出色嘅菜式!蘑菇很香,通心意粉醬汁味香濃,口感煙韌。


【燴牛面肉配紅酒汁】
好食到爆炸!牛面肉非常之稔,紅酒汁調味極出色!另一個特色係墊底嘅並唔係薯蓉,而係芹菜蓉,口感雖然似薯蓉,但較清新亦冇肥膩嘅感覺!


菜式好精緻,由食材、烹調方法到擺盤都好講究,睇得出廚師嘅心思,店員同我哋講廚師曾經做過米芝蓮餐廳,真係有啲料到!唯獨係份量比較少,好似我咁大食會唔夠候,哈哈!

為左慶祝拍拖紀念日,今日去左一間係鬧市中既隱世私房菜~呢間餐廳係山林道盡頭,間餐廳好貼心,book位後仲有video教我地點去,唔驚搵唔到餐廳只接受booking,無walk-in,餐牌就每兩個月轉一次,可以揀6個courses 或者8個courses我地第1次食,揀左6個courses試下先前菜有兩道,分別係非洲古斯米沙律同和風慢煮昆布牛小排~老闆好貼心,講解每道菜式,仲叫我地先品嚐和風慢煮昆布牛小排,之後先食非洲古斯米沙律,牛小排充滿昆布汁味,加埋一齊食感覺好新鮮;而古斯米沙律配上辣椒同青瓜粒粒,十分醒胃~之後餐湯我地分別叫左龍蝦湯同栗米湯。兩個湯都十分濃厚~龍蝦湯好鮮味,好似飲緊好濃縮既龍蝦汁,有驚喜!接住係一個鮮菇通心粉,的的骰骰,白汁香濃,通粉彈牙!主菜我地食左燴牛面肉配紅酒汁,牛面肉用慢煮方式烹調,好稔。下面芹菜蓉亦十分香滑。整體食物都幾好,不過份量多D同味道可以再淡少少~

我地第1次食,揀左6個courses試下先

前菜有兩道,分別係非洲古斯米沙律同和風慢煮昆布牛小排~老闆好貼心,講解每道菜式,仲叫我地先品嚐和風慢煮昆布牛小排,之後先食非洲古斯米沙律,牛小排充滿昆布汁味,加埋一齊食感覺好新鮮;而古斯米沙律配上辣椒同青瓜粒粒,十分醒胃~
