熱盤方面,紅酒燴牛尾煮得腍軟入味,紅蘿蔔吸盡精華,甜美無比。正當吃得沉醉之際,聽到鈴、鈴、鈴聲響,侍應告知澳洲和牛出場,客人紛紛外出排隊。和牛表面燒得焦香,中心仍保留嬌艷粉紅,肉汁豐盈。連著肥膏的位置非常誘人,忍不住將之吞進肚裏。膽固醇萬歲!

芒果千層酥是搶手貨,很快被食客掃光,幸好不時出爐,方能品嚐到。酥餅入口鬆化,加上柔滑的吉士醬,煞是吸引。如芒果甜美一點,更加無敵。花花藍杯盛著的啫喱,藏著新鮮菠蘿粒,頂頭再擠上忌廉,相信是小孩至愛。迷你碗子打扮的芒果布甸,夠滑溜,細細粒橙黃色芒果爆珠,卜卜爆出果汁,有趣。

雖然肚滿腸肥,雙腳仍不受控制地走向雪糕櫃。前後試了四款口味,確是誇張。季節限定的北海道紅豆麻糬雪糕甜度適中,麻糬煙韌有嚼勁;藍莓芝士蛋糕雪糕帶果香,芝士味濃但不膩;榛子雪糕甜味較重,藏有粒粒果仁有咬口;紅桑子雪葩酸度突出,可以幫助消化,餐後享用最適合不過。

I am always here because the food is good.Dessert is equally as good which is the first thing you see when you go there.Every now and then, they will have something fresh from the kitchen which you line up to collect.That night they had Western style Bowl feast which was a collection of meats and seafood.Then there was the steak which attracted a huge line but it was worth it because it was juicy and soft.Another must try is the noodle station and that night they had tom yum kung.Nourishing Amer

灼料吧

竟然有少見既菠菜麵及番茄麵,加埋油麵、瀨粉同生麵,個組合幾強,而湯底係雲吞湯或冬陰功湯,後者的辣度都幾勁,要小心嗆喉。





先來一盅花旗參燉湯,湯清但味濃,明顯是足火喉的成果,而聽聞每天會更換不同味道,大家切記飲多兩盅。

另外有甘筍忌廉湯及煲得好綿既皮蛋瘦肉粥。

終於嚟到最期待的甜品時間,由於正值「新正頭」,加上這晚係大年初七,所以吧檯上的甜品,全部都好有賀年氣氛,有好幾款杯裝小甜點,都用左寫上「恭」「喜」「發」「財」字眼嘅朱古力牌做裝飾,甚至連馬卡龍上面都印有「福」字或財神圖案,配埋魚形賀年布丁,看起來喜氣洋洋,真係未食都甜到入心。

不過幾飽都好,記得要留肚食雪糕,有 Mövenpick 同 Häagen-Dazs 兩大品牌,Mövenpick 個人推介藍莓芝士蛋糕同榛子、而 Häagen-Dazs 就一定要試季節限定嘅九州抹茶麻糬、北海道紅豆麻糬同薰衣草藍莓。抹茶雪糕味道頗甘香,不會過甜;而紅豆雪糕味道就比較甜膩,奶味濃郁,麻糬沒想像中煙韌;薰衣草藍莓有粒粒藍莓果肉,薰衣草味道頗濃。

唔知點形容,2018年元旦大餐,諗住只是大家聚在一起聊天吓,求其搵間要求不太高,價錢不太貴的食肆,來到只是見甜品吧已經嘩!蟹腳味鮮肉😊,中式熱葷廚功一流,燉湯,羊鞍,牛扒,串燒等更琳琅滿目。最難得的是有無限飲品,多不勝數。不過,比較遺憾的是,我致電訂位時,工作人員説不能有任何優惠,今天上OpenRice才知有65 折或買一送一優惠,不過昨晚都有用信用卡75折,真係唔貴呀,十分符合性價比,一個愉快的晚上。

唔知點形容,2018年元旦大餐,諗住只是大家聚在一起聊天吓,求其搵間要求不太高,價錢不太貴的食肆,來到只是見甜品吧已經嘩!
蟹腳味鮮肉😊,中式熱葷廚功一流,燉湯,羊鞍,牛扒,串燒等更琳琅滿目。
最難得的是有無限飲品,多不勝數。
不過,比較遺憾的是,我致電訂位時,工作人員説不能有任何優惠,今天上OpenRice才知有65 折或買一送一優惠,不過昨晚都有用信用卡75折,真係唔貴呀,十分符合性價比,一個愉快的晚上。

吃火雞是聖誕節的必備環節。「流心芝士火雞」大受歡迎,瑞士 Gruyère 芝士醬會從肉中會流出。火雞肉內亦釀入了栗子及鴨肝等材料。味道不俗,而且肉質沒有老韌的感覺。

另有「慢煮孜然火雞胸」,以中式調味配搭西式食材。吃起來不覺辣,效果蠻不錯的。

「自製甜心雪人」由客人發揮創意,先選一款雪糕或雪葩,砌成「雪人」,再加上各款果醬、配料作為裝飾,製作屬於自己的「雪人」。最後把雪人放在盛有乾冰的杯上,營造冰天雪地的效果。這就是安娜的作品,可愛嗎?

今年第三年嘅信和之友生日自助餐,原本想去尖沙咀,可惜主題係川菜唔啱我,不過北角亦係唔錯嘅選擇。食物種類比上年多同好味,客人亦比上年多,差唔多全場滿,座位唔會逼,依然闊落,職員收碟都快。麵包蟹無鮮味,無咩膏,肉有啲鬆散。翡翠螺有沙,其他質素唔錯。煙三文魚煙燻味香,食多幾件都唔覺漏。細細碟嘅前菜清新又好味,可清洗吓味蕾。刺身有五款,質素普通,相比之下壽司出色,款式多,新鮮,賣相唔錯,最重要好味。燒牛肉唔錯,唔會韌,羊架有層油脂,入口唔騷,牛尾亦炆得夠淋夠入味。其中炸魚好滑好香口,不過第二件就開始覺得醃得太勁,喉嚨好乾。全晚特式食物有三款,蒸海鮮塔,海鮮粥,同燒澳洲牛三款。燒物一般,鵝肝亦燒得太乾身,入口冇咗油香感。炆鴨好味,一啲都唔韌又唔會鞋。泡芙好味,不過好硬要解凍。甜品種類好多,賣相精美,有我最鐘意嘅芒果拿破崙,好好味,不過好快冇晒Lu。好多甜品會墊一張卡紙,方便客人又衛生。呢度嘅甜品感覺比較少甜,唔會太漏,馬卡龍亦唔太甜,唔痴牙。其中一款木糠布甸用紫薯忌廉,好清新。再食埋回本嘅Movenpick雪糕,完美的一餐完結。

我們第三場的自助餐轉戰北角的城市花園,感覺上屬於較為平民化的酒店自助餐,且看質數如何。首先最有驚喜的乃是在自助餐不常見到的海鮮塔!新鮮蒸起的海鮮鎖實原汁原味的效果確實非同凡響,我們拿了不少!頭盤的灼蝦以及煙三文魚都很好吃,尤其煙三文魚應該是不錯的貨色,煙燻味道濃,魚油豐潤,滿口的甘香鮮味。主菜肉類亦不遑多讓,燒牛肉、羊扒及牛扒皆是細嫩而有肉汁,不會乾如柴皮。反為乳豬較為失色,肥膏甚多很油膩,一件起兩件止。友人砌了兩杯雪糕,正正常常,卻不覺奶味特別濃郁,好像水份居多,不吃也不是損失。拉上補下,總括來說是滿意的一餐。

Wine and dine有多間酒店齊集,見到城市花園酒店有米芝連推薦,所以揀左佢黎試 ☺️.最後一日,羊扒100蚊3件,仲送多左1件,超值!就算去普通西餐廳都無咁平 😍😍😍.就算係擺檔,都非常認真,有薄荷醬 👍🏻 羊扒火候超好,肉質鮮嫩,充滿脂香 😋😋😋.下年一定再去wine and dine歎酒店出品!

今次被主題吸引而來,因可同時品嚐三款牛牛,顧訂了2人自助餐,此酒店座落於住宅區,全場坐滿九成客人,以家庭關係聚餐居多,因此長者及小孩也不少,非常熱鬧。每食自助餐前都會巡迴一下,看大致有甚麼食物品種,甜品糕點款式很多,飲品種類也算特別,比一般自助餐冇咁傳統死板,而且都設置同一區,正好是小朋友食物區。熱葷菜式不算多,但都有蒸大班。海鮮只欠提供龍蝦及生蠔。刺身及sushi有師父即做。另一邊有水耕沙律及水果等等。雖則款色不多,但也很完善,可講老少咸宜。但今次由於食了蟹蓋兩隻已很飽,因蟹膏太多勁滯,顧很多食物也未能品嚐。爐瑞燒的鴨肝很美味💯,而負責廚師很有禮。蒸大班也新鮮。刺身帶子很肥美。中式蓮藕湯💯。到主角就係蒸海鮮及海鮮粥還有3款牛牛出場,因訂位時已知每款只出一次,顧必需排隊先可品嚐。本人只取了一份蒸海鮮及粥,都很新鮮,粥味💯。接住是澳洲和牛出場,每人2粒,若時間許可,可排隊再取,🐮🐮味道很鮮。接住又出韓牛有泡菜伴碟(不過不失)。跟著便是紐西蘭西冷(不錯)。但於一小時內連續四款食物都要排隊取,再加上一款接一款,全無空檔實太累。 但價錢因提供某信用卡連加1,每人都不用400元也算抵,起碼都有🐮

海鮮冷盤方面有六款選擇包括藍青口、 特大青口 、特大翡翠螺 、長腳蟹腳、 大蝦和大蜆~ 長腳蟹就是我的至愛, 每次都要食幾條腳先夠本,最鍾意好小心剪開蟹殼再原條食,然後蟹汁就會一下爆出來,特別鮮甜!
除了好味蟹腳之外,十分推介翡翠螺!這裡的翡翠螺特別大隻,同一田那些幾十塊錢才一隻那種king size簡直不遑多讓! 而且肉質特爽脆,螺肉應該有的彈性有齊,每一下的咀嚼都彌漫住海洋的氣息~

而且種類繁多, 海陸空都有, 海洋代表例如長腳蟹和原粒帆立貝,看見都心心眼! 煙肉露筍卷都不失為非常香口又有菜落肚的好味之選!串起的燒鴨肝亦是幾丈遠都聞到香噴噴!烤得帶脆身的邊和入口即溶的質感,和溜油的口感,不得不再來一回呢!

現場還有即燒即製香腸, 看見那維也納香腸小圈大圈地盤繞著, 吃腸最誘人的地方就是, 看見那腸衣微微焦黑,一咬落去還卜一聲地爆開,內裡緊緊鎖住的肉汁應聲而出,香濃的肉炭香肉味直奔腦海,正到呢!

話明今晚是牛魔王之夜,當然少不了主角牛肉出場啦! 今晚嘅主角有三位分別是來自澳洲的和牛紐西蘭的牛肉扒和韓式的韓牛! 而且每次主角出場,還會有敲鐘的服務生在四處通知食客, 所以放心一定不會錯過^^ 然後就可以在指定的地點排隊取餐! 每款牛肉都大量供應,所以不用害怕拎不到的!

不過我最鍾情還是肉質嫩滑的澳洲和牛!喜歡切開時那輕輕搖擺的cute彈身軀,喜歡那如含羞少女般粉紅色的肉層,更喜歡那入口軟綿綿的口感!如此享受的質感,真是叫人停不下來!偷偷告訴你們,我足足跑了三轉,食了很多!
